This match is completely Suraj's to take. What a massive one man show from him. He set the tone with both bat an ball for his team and how!
Overseas might have thought they'd be able to chase this and Marks came all guns blazing. But they just kept losing wickets at the worst possible moments. Marks got out soon after his blitz and then Millard let a really good-looking Xuereb get out, before getting out himself.
Raj and Sant gave bit of hope but all of that was crushed when Suraj bowled his second over. Kandel then finished things of with a nervy but brilliant final over.

9.6 Tanka Kandel to Iwan Stasch, THAT IS THAT! Tanka Kandel holds on to his nerve as United pick up just their second win of the tournament, they proved to be the better side in the end. Back of a length over the middle and leg, Stasch walks across off-stump to ramp and misses, through to the keeper and they pick up a bye.
9.5 Tanka Kandel to Iwan Stasch, FOUR! Too little too late this may be. Back of a length on the off-stump, Stasch has a big swipe across the line but top edged it down to third-man, runs away and finds the ropes.
9.4 Tanka Kandel to Jurg Hirschi, RUN-OUT! Length delivery, angled in on the leg-stump. Hirschi avoids the hat-trick but there's a huge mix-up in the middle, they decide to come back for the second. Both the batters stranded in the middle and it's Hirschi that has to go here.
On a hat-trick!
9.3 Tanka Kandel to Shaikh Vasim, OUT! CLEANED HIM UP! Kandel, you beauty, what a ripper that. Searing yorker, toe crusher too as it tailed back in. Vasim makes room to smack it but misses, through to rattle the stumps.
Shaikh Vasim b Tanka Kandel 0 (1b, 0x4, 0x6)
Shaikh Vasim, RHB, comes to the crease
9.2 Tanka Kandel to Gerald Sant, OUT! EDGED AND GONE! Just what they didn't needed at this time. Length delivery on the fourth stump, Sant looks to drive but finds the outside edge instead and the keeper takes regulation catch.
Gerald Sant c Bhuwan Aryal b Tanka Kandel 7 (6b, 1x4, 0x6)
9.1 Tanka Kandel to Gerald Sant, FOUR! Doesn't matter how they come as long as they come. Back of a length on the leg-stump, Sant looks to swipe but takes the inside edge, races down to fine-leg ropes for a crucial boundary.
Tanka Kandel [1-0-2-0] comes back into the attack
From difficult this has gone next to impossible. They need 16 runs to win this. 15 for Golden Ball. Bhandari just kept the batters guessing and Hart and Sant just didn't connect anything.

8.6 Buddhisagar Bhandari to Michael Hart, full and just outside the off-stump, was in the slot too. Hart has a big swing and a miss, it's a dot to finish.
8.5 Buddhisagar Bhandari to Gerald Sant, length delivery outside the off-stump, Sant jabs it down to long-on and picks up another single.
8.4 Buddhisagar Bhandari to Gerald Sant, length delivery on the leg-stump, Sant looks to swipe across the line and misses, pings on the pad.
8.3 Buddhisagar Bhandari to Michael Hart, OH! Great shot, but a good stop from the long-off fielder who almost made a mess of it, but recovers well to stop it. Hart smashes it down to long-off, fielder gets to his left and stops it, but let's through and then turns back to stop it.
8.2 Buddhisagar Bhandari to Gerald Sant, OH! Nails the yorker, right up in the blockhole. Sant hangs back to jam his bat to it in time, digs it out to on-side and picks up a single.
8.1 Buddhisagar Bhandari to Michael Hart, back of a length on the leg-stump, angled in. Hart backed away and driven it down to long-on for one.
Darai has been such a superstar in this match. Got the first wicket and now two more! Overseas's lower-order might find it a bit too difficult to chase it down.
