That'll be it from us for the second T20 International between Pakistan and England. The 7-match series is level at 1-1, and both these teams will face off against each other at the same venue tomorrow. Babar Azam, Pakistan captain and Player Of The Match: The discussion in the dressing room after the innings break was, yes, we can achieve this target, we have done it in the past, so the belief was there. We planned that whatever was in our hands we'll get them done. Saqi bhai (Saqlain Mushtaq) also gave us some confidence. The wicket always plays well under lights, it wasn't the kind of wicket we expected, it was a proper T20 wicket instead. The way they batted and put up that total, I feel we gave a few runs too many, but the way Rizwan and I batted, it eased things out for us. Credit to Rizwan as well for the way he took the chase along. We tried to finish the game by ourselves after that. (On his own performance today) There are ups and downs, but as a sportsperson, one needs to have belief upon themselves. My teammates have kept supported me all along. This is what unity is about, as a unit, if you tend to enhance your partners and teammates, performances like these will keep coming.

Moeen Ali (England captain): It was a very good score. It was a very good wicket in the end. We batted well and bowled well at the start. We dropped a big catch obviously but the momentum changed over by over before the game got away during my over. We played really well. Ben's partnership with Salt was fantastic. It really gave us a platform for the likes of (Harry) Brooksy also to go and play his game. Really pleased with the way we batted. The wicket was a lot different. It looked a lot worse but played a lot better, which made it difficult to read. I know they (Babar and Rizwan) get a lot of stick for their strike rates but you can't afford to drop them. They are exceptional players at the end of the day and we saw that tonight.

Pakistan win by 10 wickets and level the series 1-1

The only thing Babar assessed wrongly was the par score on this wicket at the time of the toss! This has been a clinical, and despite the game going to the last over, a calculated run-chase from him and his wicketkeeper, Mohammad Rizwan! The pitch seemed to have eased out through the game, and both the Pakistan openers took full advantage of that! The intent was there right from the offset from the two openers, they looked to play as less dot balls throughout the run-chase as they could!

The tone was set in the first over itself, when Rizwan smashed a couple of boundaries to take 12 off it from David Willey! The left-arm seam trio of Willey, Luke Wood and Sam Curran were seen off efficiently by the two openers - they got the boundary in the over and then tapped the ball into gaps and ran with immense energy between the wickets, complimenting the vibrance from the deafening Pakistan crowd! Liam Dawson was the only one who was able to keep the runs under check, but he, too went for 13 in his second over, and Pakistan were well into the chase at the end of the powerplay!

There was a half-chance of a stumping off the first ball after the powerplay, but Phil Salt failed to latch onto it. There were no signs of slowing down from either of the two batters even with the field spread - both the leg-breaks of Rashid and the solo off-break over from Moeen Ali were treated with brutality! Rizwan was the one who was the aggressor of the two for a large part of the opening stand, that was until Babar Azam got to his fifty. Babar smashed 40 off his next 16 balls by the time the chase went into the last four overs. He had his heart in his mouth when he didn't quite time a low full toss and hit it towards Sam Curran at deep mid-wicket, but the England all-rounder ended up parrying it over the ropes.

Eventually, Babar got to his hundred, he jumped in joy but measured himself in his celebrations after that, didn't remove his helmet to soak it in. He knew the job was still left to be done. Sam Curran delivered a 4-run over, and for the first time, it seemed like England might be able to get back in the game. But the pressure was too much for the inexperienced Luke Wood, and Pakistan were left with 3 runs to get off the final over, which they got in a matter of 3 balls. Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan take the mantle upon themselves and themselves only to chase down a target of 200! No other Pakistani batter was needed today! Look at Babar, he's absolutely pumped, Rizwan looks a relieved man as well! This is Pakistan's 2nd 10-wicket victory in T20 Internationals!

19.3 David Willey to Babar Azam, FOUR! Fittingly, it's the captain who finishes off the proceedings in style! Willey misses his yorker and dishes out a half-volley outside off, allowing Babar to drill his drive through extra cover. A memorable run chase for Pakistan and their captain as they win by 10 wickets and level the series 1-1!
