Well, then. That blistering chase from England helps them equal the series 3-3 going into the final T20I of the tour. It's going to be a fantastic finale here in Lahore on Sunday. Do join us for the game. For now, it's time to bid farewell. It's Bala and Pradeep signing off on behalf of Team Sportskeeda. Good night!
Moeen Ali (Captain, England): Very happy. The way we batted in particular, killed the game off. Just tells you the importance of sticking to the process. Just playing good shots, no slogging. It was a great start with the bat. The seamers were outstanding today. The difference is, if we don't lose wickets, we can keep going. And like I said, there was no slogging, just good shots, both off-side and leg-side. Another good game, hopefully. It's great for the series, going into the final game 3-3. It has been a great series, we could learn a lot about each other. (Jos Buttler) He is feeling good, training a bit more now. But whether or not a we risk him for that one game is a different question. There is plenty of cricket more to come, especially in Australia. But you never know, he might turn up tomorrow (Sunday).
Babar Azam (Captain, Pakistan): Was happy with 170, the way wicket was behaving but we're short of plenty with the way Salt batted till the end, credit goes to him. We executed our plans but they blew us away in the powerplay, the dew didn't help us and wasn't easy to grip the ball. Middle-order has to step up, they have to take responsibility, pressure will be on them when you lose early wickets.
Phil Salt has been adjudged the Player of the Match for his blistering innings! Here's what he has to say: Definitely my best T20 knock, nice time to get it and happy that we've leveled up the series. It's always a challenge at the top of the order, you find ways to get out, very greatful with the backing from the team management, they're happy with the way I want to play my game. You need competition, everyone's trying to put the best foot forward to show how good they are.
England 170/2 (14.3 overs) | Phil Salt 88*(41), Alex Hales 27(12) | Shadab Khan 2/34 (4)
It was absolute carnage here in Lahore. It did not look like a below-par total during the innings break, but the English batters made a mockery of it. Yes, the batting was easier in the second innings with the dew settling in, but the batters were absolutely fantastic in ripping the inexperienced Pakistani bowling line-up apart.
Phil Salt came out playing his shots right from the outset. Alex Hales looked in supreme touch, timing and placing the ball immaculately at the other end. Shadab Khan broke the partnership bringing some semblance into the proceedings, but not before the opening pair had added 55 runs in just 23 deliveries.
Dawid Malan played some delightful drives while he was in the middle. The southpaw too fell victim to the leg-spin of Shadab Khan as one ball shooted low from a length. Ben Duckett came in at four and ensured that there were no more causalities.
The real hero of the chase was Phil Salt. He absolutely thumped the ball to all corners of the ground. There was hardly a missed timed shot in that stroke-filled innings from Salt. The timing and power were the highlights of his innings.
All the Pakistani bowlers travelled the distance tonight. The only saving grace was Shadab Khan, who managed to pick up a couple of wickets, but still ended up conceding 34 runs.
England win by 8 wickets with 33 balls to spare and level the series 3-3!
14.3 Mohammad Wasim to Phil Salt, PAKISTAN ARE BLOWN AWAY HERE! England level the series, 3-3 and it's all to play for in the decider on Sunday. Yorker length on the outside off, Salt is happy to drill it into the off-side for a single to seal the game fittingly.
14.2 Mohammad Wasim to Ben Duckett, short into Duckett, gets slightly big on him as he pulled it to deep square-leg for another single. Scores are level!
14.1 Mohammad Wasim to Phil Salt, short on the outside off, climbed into Salt who judges it quickly as he was shaping up to pull but decides to bunt it into the off-side for a quick single.
14.1 Mohammad Wasim to Phil Salt, WIDE! Full but strays it down the leg-side, Wasim has to reload.
England are just a boundary away from the target now. It has been a walk in the park for them. This could well be the final over of the night.

13.6 Aamer Jamal to Ben Duckett, FOUR MORE! Short on the stumps, Duckett swipes it with another sublime timing, races to deep mid-wicket fence for another boundary. Just 4 needed now!
13.5 Aamer Jamal to Phil Salt, short and angled into Salt, was a pace off delivery as well and he looks to swipe across the line too early and misses, thuds on the mid-riff as they pick up another leg-bye.
13.4 Aamer Jamal to Ben Duckett, sweet timing from Duckett. Hangs back for the back of a length delivery on the leg-stump, swipes it straight to deep square-leg for one.
13.3 Aamer Jamal to Phil Salt, OH! Lenght delivery, angled into Salt, looks to hoick but misses, thuds on the pad and they sneak in a leg-bye. Jamal was interested as he went up and umpire ignores.
13.2 Aamer Jamal to Phil Salt, FOUR! This has been nothing short of Blitzkrieg from Salt. Short on the off-stump, backs away and thumps it straight down the ground, goes one bounce into the fence for a boundary.
13.1 Aamer Jamal to Phil Salt, short on the off-stump, Salt backs away and cuts it away but finds backward point fielder for a dot.
Aamer Jamal [1-0-20-0] will bowl the 14th over.
It was turning out to be a decent over from Nawaz, but Duckett had other ideas. He showed us that you need not always bludgeon the ball to find the boundary.
