Grace Harris, Player of the Match: This was a good win. Really proud of the girls today. We have a really good squad. The Adelaide Strikers are a very good side and we will have to be at our best to beat them. I think the Adelaide Oval will have a lot of people cheering their home team on, but we will look to do our best. It will be a lot of fun.

The Brisbane Heat bowled extremely well here and ensured that they got the win quite comfortably. The batters of the Perth Scorchers did not quite get going in this game, and they had to pay for their mistakes. A lot was expected from Beth Mooney and Sophie Devine, but both of them failed to perform today.

The Heat have now won the challenger and qualified to take on Adelaide Strikers in the final of the WBBL a few days from now. The Scorchers will feel devastated as they had a very good tournament and yet could not qualify for the final. This game was completely dominated by the Heat from starting to finish.
