Domination! Absolute domination from Prague CC as they completely obliterate a weak Plzen Guardians side to finish the Group A matches in this edition of the ECS. With the Guardians already knocked out, a win by a huge margins would have placed Prague CC at the top of the points table and they have done exactly that. They will sit at the numero uno position as they await the Group B matches to take place.

Chasing this total was always going to be a mammoth task for the Guardians and as expected, they failed miserably trying. Datta Shetti got them off to a great start but lacked support and perished in a bid to increase the scoring rate. Nirmal Kumar played a painstakingly slow knock and the middle order crumbled, with no batter except Nirmal Kumar and the openers able to garner runs in the double-digits.

A well-disciplined display of bowling from the Prague CC and they win this contest deservedly. It has been a season to forget for the Guardians and they will look to go back to the drawing board and come back stringer next season. As for the Prague CC, they will be in the playoffs and are certainly one of the favourites to lift the trophy this season.
