It wasn't the easiest of starts and the target wasn't an easy one by any means either. But with Dheeraj Thakur taking control of the chase after the early wicket of Vignesh Surendran, the Moravian CC ship cruised along at a steady rate.

Thakur needed an able ally for the same and while Akshay Babu struggled, his departure brought skipper Om Sharma to the middle who found his mojo from the word go. The bowling effort by the Barbarians left a lot to be desired and with the asking rate never getting out hand, Thakur and Sharma ensured that there were no hiccups.

Of course, the 8th over sent down by Piyush Kumar did make the equation a lot tighter. Three sixes in the very next over though brought the curtains down on any kind of resurgence from the Barbarians, as Moravian CC cruised through in the end. 93 was a decent total to play with really and while momentum was with the Barbarians at the halfway mark, they just weren't able to cash in on the same.

As simple as that! A clinical chase and Om Sharma and Co. have taken the honors at the Vinor Cricket Ground. Moravian CC win by 8 wickets with 4 deliveries to spare!
