We have witnessed a swashbuckling knock from Muaaz Hassan in the first innings and it required magic from someone to keep Blue Star alive in the contest. Well, we asked for a magic and what we got was an innings for the ages by Haron Khan. He has to take the blame for running Abbas out early but that didn't affect his focus much

He stood at one, took most of the strikes, and played some scintillating shots to keep the scorecard ticking. The PSV bowlers couldn't keep Haron off strike and they couldn't stop the onslaught either. He was shuffling down the pitch against the pacers and got on top of the bounce almost every time. There was a moment where he offered a chance to the opposition but the fielder at deep third dropped a sitter and PSV paid a heavy price

He scored almost 85 % of the team's total and remained unbeaten in the end. It was high-level entertainment till the end and hope the next three matches for the day have the same thrills and spills
