What a win, what a win for RC Dresden! They have beaten Sg Einheit Halle by 9 wickets with 5 balls to spare. Chasing 89 runs in 9 overs wasn't as easy as they made it look like today. They were off to a decent start but losing Mustafa Khan for only 7 runs in the powerplay was a huge blow. It brought Shahrukh Khan to the crease who joined skipper Sandeep Kamboj to form the match winning partnership. The run flow had dried up till the halfway stage and they needed 49 runs from the last four overs.

The duo was struggling to connect the ball well and with 40 runs requiring from the last three overs, the game looked gone from the hands of RC Dresden. The next over something magical happened. Usmani Bilal bowled the 7th over where Sandeep Kamboj smacked three maximums and scored 26 runs off it. Some clean hitting from the skipper took the game away from Halle as he brought up his half century in 23 balls. Shahrukh Khan's 17 ball 25 was incredible and he supported his skipper throughout the run chase.
