Barana Aute Warriors won by 18 runs Johnnel Eugene 40(22) | Stephan Pascal 33(16) Gilon Tyson 2-9(2) | Shane Shillingford 1-10(1)
The Sunrisers are knocked out of the tournament by the Warriors with minimum fuss in the end. Stephan Pascal fired on all cylinders but he kept losing his partners at the other end. The Sunrisers kept the scorecard ticking and it was in their favour at the halfway stage but Tyson's double strike broke the game wide open as he got rid of the dangerous Shillingford and the well-set Pascal in the same over
Lewis offered some hope for the Sunrisers but Jolly got revenge by dismissing the southpaw after getting smacked for two sixes in the over. It tuned out to be a complete team effort from the Warriors, and they will face the Hikers in qualifiers 2 tomorrow
