As was expected, Marsta CC made short work of this target set to them by SIKIF. Setting up a total less than 100 was asking for trouble, and the bowlers of SIKIF had nothing to dish out once the rampage began from the batting side.

Waqas Haider and Share Ali opened the innings for Marsta and were all over the bowlers of SIKIF. Although Haider departed at the end of the second over, Ali along with number three Arif Hossain ensured that there were no hiccups along the way for Marsta.

Even Hossain had to leave the crease after a while, and the rest of the chasing was left to Ali and number four Fahad Waqas. This win will give Marsta a lot of confidence, which they will take further into the competition.

SIKIF will be displeased with the fact that they could not put up a fight against Marsta; the fact that they were outplayed so easily will trouble them for a long time to come. Marsta march further into this competition and are about to take on Stockholm Tigers in some time from now.
