SNASY 70/8 in 10 overs Navin Wijesekara 24(13) | Abdullah Akbarjan 2/6 Farhaan Mohideen 16(11) | Mark Simpson Parker 2/5
Right, so it's been a tough day for SNASY and it has continued to be the same! They had a mountain to climb and they once again surrendered meekly ! Navin was the only one who looked like he was in form as he smashed a couple of handsome MAXIMO's in his short cameo. However, once he and Farhaan were dismissed the rest of the middle order collapsed cheaply and folded up for just about 70.
Among the bowlers, Akbarjaan continued his great form and so did MSP! The duo were standouts with the bat and they showed their all round skills with the ball as well, taking 4 wickets among themselves at a miserly rate. The rest of the bowlers did a great job too to ensure that they had a 67 run victory.
Overall, it's been a decent day for VCC and they will be pleased at having finished it off with a win. It's been a hard day for them with the ball but they 've managed to out bat and out bowl their opponents in this game.

9.6 Sai Karanam to Nouman Arif, full and outside off, swinging away this time around as Arif's big heave across the line fails to find any willow on cherry action! SNASY sink to their fifth loss and Vienna CC will take a huge leap in the points table!
9.5 Sai Karanam to Nouman Arif, length ball outside off angling in, Arif has a massive hoick across the line but fails to make any connection!
9.4 Sai Karanam to Nouman Arif, into the blockhole and outside off, Arif digs that out back to the bowler. No run!
Nouman Arif, RHB, comes to the crease.
9.3 Sai Karanam to Divith Wijesekara, OUT! BOWLED! Nails the perfect yorker on the middle stump line and Divith fails to get his bat down in time. The ball rattles the stumps and Divith has to walk back!
Divith Wijesekara b Sai Karanam 2(4b, 0x4,0x6)
9.2 Sai Karanam to Sumer Shergil, into the blockhole and on the off stump line, Shergil blocks that out into the off side and the batters scamper through for a quick single. There were a couple of overthrows there but the batters decide against the second!
9.1 Sai Karanam to Sumer Shergil, SIX! BANG! Is on the walk and Sai gives a juicy full toss on the middle stump line, Shergil accepts it gleefully as he hoicks that over the mid-wicket region for a huge maximum!

8.1 Abdullah Akbarjan to Janan Ghelzai, OUT! BOWLED! Length ball on the middle stump angling in, Janan charges down the track and goes for the big hoick across the line. Fails to make any connection and the ball clips the top of off stump!
Excellent over from MSP again! He has been in brilliant form with the ball today and once again he manages to pick up two key wickets in that over. SNASY are going down by a big margin here.
