CCMH beat SCL by 4 wickets Jaden Elibox 31(18) | Malcolm Monrose 53(31) Mc Kennie Clarke 3-11(2) | Shervon Leo 2-9(2)
The Castries cross the finish line. The only question that the Lions have to answer eveyone is that why Shervon Leo didn't bowl the 7th over. Kensley Paul conceded 15 runs in the 8th over and despite Shervon bowling brilliantly in the penultimate over, he had very little to defend.
The start wasn't convincing from the Castries but Elibox took the burden and came up with some lusty blows after the powerplay. Arnold and Clarke's cameos too proved pivotal in the end. Well, tomorrow we have another double header in this tournament and don't forget to catch all the LIVE updates in our Sportskeeda pace.
Now, it's time to wrap up the proceedings here, until next time, this is Pragadeesh and Arya signing off
8.5 Shervon Leo to Tyler Sookwa, that's the winning runs. Slower fuller-length delivery a shade outside off, chipped away down towards the long-on region from the inside half of the bat and scampers through for a brace.
Tyler Sookwa, RHB, walks in at no.8
8.4 Shervon Leo to Steven Abraham, WICKET! Steven Abraham chips this straight to the extra cover fielder. Was a slower delivery on a fuller-length around off, Abraham through his shot way too early and ends up chipping it straight down the throat of the fielder at extra cover.
8.3 Shervon Leo to Jaden Elibox, back of a length delivery on the pads, Elibox tries to swipe it away towards the on side, thuds onto his pads and a leg bye single taken.
8.2 Shervon Leo to Jaden Elibox, slower fuller-length delivery around middle and leg, worked away back to the bowler by Elibox.
8.2 Shervon Leo to Steven Abraham, back of a length delivery angling down the leg side, Elibox ran through for a bye single and Abraham responded there.
Steven Abraham, RHB, walks in at no.7
8.1 Shervon Leo to Mc Kennie Clarke, WICKET! That was a slower back of a length delivery on the surface, Clarke way too early into his shot, swings across the line and gets beaten only to see his leg stump getting rattled.
Mc Kennie Clarke b Shervon Leo 9 (5b)
Shervon Leo [1-0-5-0] comes back into the attack
This match has become a mere formality after those two big strikes from Elibox towards the Johnson Charles stand. Just one hit away now

7.6 Kensley Paul to Mc Kennie Clarke, fuller on the pads, clipped away down towards the deep square leg region for a single.
7.5 Kensley Paul to Mc Kennie Clarke, back of a length delivery a shade outside off, banged in short and Clarke swings across the line, way too early into his shot and gets beaten.
7.4 Kensley Paul to Jaden Elibox, that's a great yorker, Elibox digs this out towards the short third man area and takes a single.
7.3 Kensley Paul to Jaden Elibox, SIX! Again angling down the leg side, short and sat up nicely, Elibox swivels and deposits that well over the deep square leg fence.
7.2 Kensley Paul to Jaden Elibox, SIX! That was right on a length around the middle stump channel, Elibox holds his shape and swings across the line, makes good connection and it goes well over the deep midwicket fence.
7.1 Kensley Paul to Jaden Elibox, down the leg side but not called a wide.
7.1 Kensley Paul to Jaden Elibox, well wide outside off and Paul has to reload that.
Kensley Paul [1-0-14-0] comes back into the attack
Expensive over. It was a gamble to bowl Adios to right-handers and he conceded plenty in that over
