Sana Mir, (South Coast Sapphires skipper): Been a tough tournament for us. I will make that decision once I am back home but this is a tournament that definitely tempted me to play again. Sometimes, the performances never come out but we enjoyed being around with everyone.

Stafanie Taylor (Tornadoes skipper): I am very pleased. The way we bowled today was fantastic and I have to commend how the girls performed. The drive was there to come out and get a win. When we were batting, we need to get a total on the board.

Safe to say that the Sapphires didn't turn up with the bat at all as they register the lowest-ever score in Fairbreak T20 history. 116 wasn't a massive target but the Sapphires got off to a poor start in the Powerplay as Chanida Sutthiruang removed the opening duo of Sibona Jimmy and Gaby Lewis. Pakistani all-rounder Aliya Riaz also struck in the sixth over as Katie Mack holed out to short fine-leg with the Sapphires reduced to 28-3.

A few balls later, Sutthiruang dismissed Natasha Farrant too as she ended her spell with three scalps. Wickets continued to fall as Nepalese left-arm spinner Sita Magar and Malaysian skipper Winifred Duraisingam cleaned up the tail to ensure the Sapphires were rolled over for a mere 60. This ensures that Tornadoes win their first game of the tournament and end up fifth this season.

Good length angling around off-stump, Ismail walks down the pitch to swing wildly and ends up missing the ball.
