Commentary

A commanding performance from Botkyrka as they overpower Stockholm and get their first win in this tournament. Stockholm never got going in the powerplay and it looked like the bowlers always had an upper hand against the batters. Just three boundaries and a solitary six came in the entire innings. Siva Lingam turns out to be the top scorer and the rest of the batters didn't live up to the expectations.

On the bowling front, except for Amir Khan, the other bowlers did their job perfectly and made sure that they get their job done with minimum fuss. These two teams will lock horns yet again in a few minutes time and Stockholm needs to do a lot of things right to even match Botyrka in that encounter. Poor fielding and slow batting cost them the game here and let's see whether they respond quickly and put up a fight in the second match.
