What a sensational run-chase this has been from Kampong! They have come back brilliantly to register a fine win after what happened in the game earlier. For starters, they bowled really well to keep Punjab down to 88 runs. That was the point where they really caught momentum in the game.

They were under some pressure when they lost a couple of early wickets in the chase. It looked as though Punjab were in for a fight and the game would get tight. However, in walked Sherry Butt then, who had other plans. He was after the bowling from the word go and only stopped after he ensured that the game was done and dusted! Unbeaten on 77 off just 24 deliveries as he played a whirlwind knock to see his side home in style and how. He was totally ruthless and took the game away on his own.

Punjab Rotterdam will be hit by this loss as they did not play well in both departments. They failed to put enough runs on the board and they were taken to the cleaners with the ball as well. These kind of defeats to put the morale of a team down and they will have to regroup quickly from here.

SV Kampong get some much-needed momentum and this will only make the tournament further interesting from this point!
