Right then. The Sydney Sixers have leapfrogged the Perth Scorchers to take the top spot. The Scorchers are in action tomorrow to take on the Hobart Hurricanes as they try to regain the top spot. That's it from Coff's Harbour today then. This is Pratyush Rohra, signing off on behalf of my partner, Bidipto Datta. Thank you for joining our coverage, see ya!
Steve Smith (Player of the Match): You need a little bit of luck sometimes and I got some of that at the beginning of my innings, and then, it blossomed into a fine innings. Kurtis (Patterson) was a good foil for me at the other which helped me pace my innings properly. I have worked a lot on my leg-side stroke-play and all that effort is coming off nicely now. My leg is quite soar, but thankfully, I was able to move around quite well and dive around with confidence. It was a great atmosphere here at Coff's Harbour and it is even better to finish on the winning side on an evening like this!
Sydney Sixers won by 59 runs.
Steve Smith - 101 (56) | Ben Dwarshuis - 3/28 Alex Carey - 54 (35) | Matt Short - 1/16
It was a comfortable victory in the end for the Sydney Sixers and it was their star man that led the way for them in this contest. It was all set up by Steve Smith's century in the first innings which led to a total of over 200. The bowlers did their bit in the second innings to wrap things up.
The Adelaide Strikers were pegged back early with Travis Head being dismissed in the third over. Their man-in-form, Matthew Short put up a decent fight with a quickfire 40 but once he was dismissed, the rest of the innings came crumbling down soon after.
To go with his knock, Alex Carey's half-century was the only other batter to record a double-digit total. His valiant knock wasn't enough for the Strikers with the rest of the batting unit failing to contribute. Chris Lynn was certainly a big miss for them but the rest of the side will need to come to the party sooner rather than later.
Ben Dwarshuis, Sean Abbott and Hayden Kerr led the pace trio for the Sixers with the spin duo of Todd Morphy and Steve O'Keefe strangling the Adelaide batters. Dwarshuis and Morphy bagged three wickets each, while O'Keefe and Abbott had three wickets between them.
It was a complete performance from the Sydney Sixers to move to the top of the table. Stick around for the presentation.

18.6 Sean Abbott to Harry Conway, BOWLED HIM! KNOCKED HIM OVER! AND THAT IS THAT FOR THE MATCH! SYDNEY SIXERS GO TOP OF THE TABLE! Full on off-stump, Conway goes for a big swing of the blade over mid-on, from the crease, misses it totally and all that happens in the end is that the stumps get knocked over and the bails fly out of their grooves, to signal the end of the match!
Harry Conway b Sean Abbott 3 (6b, 0x4, 0x6)
18.5 Sean Abbott to Harry Conway, good length ball just outside off and this is a miss on the dab down to third man off the back foot! No run.
18.4 Sean Abbott to Harry Conway, full and straight, right up in the block hole on off, and dug out somehow by Conway, for no run.
18.3 Sean Abbott to Henry Thornton, short over middle, Thornton pulls to the man at fine-leg off the back foot, for a single again.
18.2 Sean Abbott to Harry Conway, full and slow on middle-and-leg, a push to mid-wicket from the crease deep inside, for a single!

A couple of overs to go now. Can the Sixers bundle out the Strikers?
