Ben Dwarshuis, Player of the Match: Not really. I was just going back to the basics. I was a bit short on the last day. Was working in the nest to bowl fuller. I was also working with the yorkers, I don't even know it's my 100th game. You still have to have the belief to get the job done. We had a tough start but we always love playing the SCG. We should now get some momentum in the next two away games. Nice to get a win under our belt.
Easy win for the Sixers as the Renegades were never in the chase. They were set back by Jackson Bird and Ben Dwarshius' opening spell. An early wicket came and then Finch who came struggled for timing.
Sean Abbott came on and tightened things even further and as a result the asking rate just shot up. With the rate going up, the batters had to go for it and gave away their wickets.
At no stage did the Sixers let loose their grip on the game and Dwarshius was outstanding with a four-fer. Renegades needed one set batter to bat right through but they failed to do so in a very chaseable target.
Third win in a row for the Sixers while it's a second loss in a row for the Renegades. Stick around to hear what the Player of the Match has to say.

A fuller-length delivery on the middle-stump, Mujeeeb males some room and tries to carve it away over Dan Christian at backward point. He has got a good pair of hands and holds onto it. A thoroughly comprehensive victory for the Sydney Sixers.

17.5 Hayden Kerr to Kane Richardson, WICKET! A little unfortunate for Richardson as the 9th wicket falls. Richardson gives himself plenty of room, Kerr with a slower ball following him. Richardson with a lazy swing across the line and ends up getting an insidge edge straight onto his stumps. Lost his shape totally there.
