What an incredible second innings that was. Honestly we are at a loss for words here. 15 all-out does not happen often, so when it does, it leaves everyone speechless. On that note we sign off. Keep coming back for more action here at Sportskeeda. Special mention to our man Mohul who oversaw the 15 all-out here on comms - certainly a match he will paste on his CV with pride. He has escaped already after that massacre. Me too escape now. See you next time.
Henry Thornton | Player of the Match: Have no clue what's going on, it's amazing. We thought they bowled really, really well considering what the wicket was doing, but we hung in there long enough. Haven't seen anything similar to this ever, unbelievable stuff to be honest. We just thought that if we could bowl on top of the stumps, we were clear on what we have to execute. I think we got a lot of nick-offs and Short took one of the best catches at first slip. Really happy for Wes Agar, he bowled really well. Was super disciplined, great performance by him.
What to say of this performance? From both sides. 15 all-out! Can you believe that? In a BBL game. Comfortably the lowest total ever in T20 cricket. The previous was 21 by Turkey.
It all started with a good catch by Hose in the opening over and that started a procession. Every Thunder batter came and edged and went. The catching from the Strikers was first-class and the keeper had a field day.
It was that sort of a day when everything that was nicked went to hand and was caught. Thornton grabbed a five-fer and Wes Agar a four-fer to destroy Thunder.
All-out inside 6 overs - in what is a hall of shame performance but credit to the Strikers who were just on fire.
The Thunder at the moment look shell-shocked and honestly don't have anything to say as to what they have seen. A game they would want to erase and get over with as if it never happened.

5.5 Henry Thornton to Brendan Doggett, OUT! IT'S ALL OVER! SYDNEY THUNDER ARE ALL OUT FOR 15! My word, what have we seen here! Short of a length outside off, Doggett tries to punch it off the backfoot but only ends up edging it straight to the fielder at point, Thomas Kelly, who makes no mistake whatsoever! That was an excellent bowling performance by the Thunder- Doggett gets five while Agar ends with four! This is the lowest score ever by a team in Twenty20 cricket!

5.2 Henry Thornton to Oliver Davies, OUT! THE THUNDER ARE NINE DOWN! At a length outside off, moves away a bit as Davies goes for a big swing but only ends up edging it straight to the keeper Nielsen, who bags his fifth dismissal of the day! The Strikers have turned this game on its head and are one wicket away from victory!
Oliver Davies c Harry Nielsen b Thornton 1(4)
5.1 Henry Thornton to Oliver Davies, short of a length on middle, Davies flicks it to midwicket for a dot.
Beyond belief this is. Everything they are edging and everything is being caught. One of the most incredible games of cricket.
