The Bulls eventually end up with 126 from their 10 overs and they gave the Hippo a real run for their money. They will be feeling that a better bowling performance could have helped them to win this game as the margin was quite narrow in the end. They will pick up a point though as they lost by just 19 runs.

They lost wickets early on in the innings but the likes of Wickramasinghe and Muthukrishnan did really well in the middle overs as they put up big partnerships. Sathasivam too played a really important and entertaining cameo in the middle overs to give them a glimmer of hope.

The Hippos bowlers didn't exactly have the best of times but they did just enough to ensure the victory for them. Stefan Gooch did pick up two wickets while David Robson also picked up a wicket. The rest of the bowlers took some real pounding.
