Commentary

This has been Pradeep and myself (Rishab) as we take your leave for the moment. Malmohus have completed a fine game and United have some work to do if they have to come back. More action coming your way and do stay tuned to catch it all as the day is only getting started!

Right then, Malmohus have completed a fine win here in the first game. They came back well with the bat to give themselves a good score on the board to play with first up which shifted the momentum their way. With the ball, they were brilliant as well, as they kept picking wickets all the way through and never allowed United to stay in the game in that second half. A fine job done by the bowlers and they will be pleased with this performance.

As for United, not how they would have wanted this contest to end. They were nowhere in the chase and could never get the innings going. United just kept losing wickets and it kept getting worse for them. A disappointing end with the bat after they looked decent with the ball. Those costly overs at the backend costing them as well.

United need to pull themselves up from a demoralizing defeat if they are to level scores in the coming game. Malmohus have had a good all-round game and will surely back themselves to complete the double!

The worst way this could finish for United and it pretty much sums up how the innings has been for them. Game done and dusted and Malmohus have completed a convincing win in the end. They win by 56 runs and a perfect start to the day for them!

9.2 Sheron Nord to Usman Mughal, RUN-OUT! Just sums up the game for the United. Two batters stranded at the striker's end and United are bundled out eventually as Malmohus complete the annihilation. Back of a length, rising into Mughal as he goes on the backfoot to drop it into the off-side, Rohit takes off immediately but Mughal was never ready and doesn't move out of his crease.
