This game was as scrappy as they come, even in T10. A big batting performance full of a million breaks followed by a second innings which had so many small acts, poor performances, no-balls, extras, re-balls, and poor decisions from the umpires that it was hard to get your head around it.

The target in front of the Stars was an impossible one but they made it look even more difficult. Khan got out early while Baruah and Naveed put up a slow draining stand. There was just no intent there. But when they got out, the new batters tried to play some shots and ended up causing a big middle-order collapse from 48/1 to 59/8 with Islam being the main benefactor. They have so, so much to work on to have some kind of success in this tournament.
