A much superior performance with the ball and in the field from President XI combined with an underwhelming effort with the bat in hand from the VSKs means that President XI secure a thumping win over VSK who slump to their fourth loss in as many matches.
Never at any point in this run chase did it look like VSK were in with a chance. It almost looked like two teams have stark difference in quality took on each other and the scoreboard is a true reflection of that.
Zaheer Zahiri and Ahmadullah Malikzada were the star performers with the ball taking 4 wickets each as none of the batters seemed to have an answer to what was being thrown at them. It was an abysmal batting performance from the entire batting unit which is indicated by the fact that only two batters got to the double-digits.
Earlier in the piece, a solid opening partnership between Canessane and Zain Ahmad laid the foundation for what seemed like a very good total against VSK with the former getting a half-century. VSK were poor on the field, with the ball and in the end with the bat as well and were no match for President XI.
10.0
9.3 Naoum Daudzai to R Sivakumar, full and around off stump. Pushed to cover for a single. Sivakumar gets an extra run courtesy the over throw! But hang on! The replays shows that it was a direct hit and he is short of his crease. The VSK will be all out for 81 in 9.3 overs.
Sri Kumar Jathurshan run out (Ahmadullah Malikzada/Lingeswaran Canessane) 0 (1b, 0x4, 0x6).
9.2 Naoum Daudzai to R Sivakumar, FOUR!! On length and around off stump. Sivakumar swings hard and gets an outside edge down to third man for a boundary.
9.1 Naoum Daudzai to R Sivakumar, flatter and turns into the pads of the batter. Sivakumar tries to swipe at it but he misses it.
Naim Daoudzai, right-arm medium, comes into the attack to bowl the last over
Just 6 balls remain in this contest, can they get 18 off it to get a single point here? Seems unlikely but that is the only thing to look forward here, will they be bowled out though?

Ikbal Hossain [1.0-0-9-0] is back into the attack
Exceptional over from Zaheer, 2 more wickets in it and now only formalities remain. However, VSK can still fight for a solitary point if they can strike some lusty blows here at the tail end, 24 more runs needed for that
