Sir Oliver Split beat Zagreb Warriors by 35 runs!
Sam Houghton 34* (31) and 3-10 Anupam Singh 22 (9) | Birendra Singh 3-11
Sir Oliver Split managed to pull a come-from-behind victory and put it past Zagreb Warriors, who seemed to be out of the game right from ball one of this innings.
They never seemed to be in the chase and never really showed the intent to chase these runs down. They displayed a rather negative mindset, and this allowed the bowlers of Sir Oliver Split to crawl all over them.
Mind you, these same bowlers sent down a lot of loose deliveries, but unfortunately, Zagreb could not convert any of them because of their rather negative mindset.
Had they been more open to the opportunities that came their way, we might have seen a different outcome to this game. As it turned out, the twenty runs or so that Sir Oliver Split scored in the last couple of overs of their innings came to their rescue here.

9.1 Sam Houghton to Damir Mandic, length ball outside off, Mandic looks to heave it but fails to make any connection.
Things have gone completely out of hand for the Warriors. Sir Oliver Split appear to be in a much more comfortable position. They might go on to win the game as well.
