Cossonay beat Zurich Crickets by 21 runs!

The bowlers of Cossonay were tested to the core by the batters of the Zurich Crickets, especially by Sahil Tarakhil at the top of the order, but once this danger passed, they were able to breathe easy and rest on their laurels.

Their bowlers did not give away too many freebies to the batters of the Crickets, and this helped them get a wrap around things by the end of the match. The batters of the Crickets did not do too well for themselves, and apart from Tarakhil and Nawroz Jabarkhel later on in the innings, there was no one who stood up and fought against the opposition bowlers.

Leg spinner Tahirkhan Ahmadzai, who has been phenomenal for Cossonay this season, was on point yet again and spun a web around the Crickets. Cossonay will feel that they need to carry this form of theirs forward further into the competition.
