WHAT an UNBELIEVABLE run chase we've just witnessed from the Power CC here. They looked down and out at the end of the 7th over when they needed 50 runs from the final three overs but they won the game with 5 balls to spare in the end as they scored the last 50 runs from just 13 balls. It was unbelievable hitting at the back end by Asad Mahmood who hit 4 sixes in the penultimate over to bring the game back in their favor.

The platform for the run chase was set up earlier on by Osama Mahmood as he scored a quick fire 30 from just 17 balls. The PCC got to a good start in the powerplay and it set them up for the massive chase. Faraz Virk also played a crucial knock of 20 and there were other important contributions from the likes of Abdullah Rana.

The Nomads were good with the ball in the middle overs but they messed up in the death as they ended up conceding far too many. The decision to go with spin in the 8th and 9th over cost them big time as the two overs went for 45 runs and it killed the game there itself. TT did pick up a couple of wickets but he was really expensive as was Azeem Nazir who ended up with 2/29 in his two overs.
