That's all from the Veltins Arena as the Georgians have scripted history. They have progressed to the knockouts in their first Euro campaign. They showed great heart and character throughout the match and had answers for everything that Portugal threw at them. Sensational stuff from the lowest-ranked team in the tournament to beat favourites Portugal.
Kvaratskhelia and Chakvatadze are replaced by Davitashvili and Mekvabishvili.
Solomon Kvirkvelia comes on for Giorgi Gvelesiani.
Matheus Nunes and Diogo Jota replace Pedro Neto and Joao Neves
Giorgi Tsitaishvili replaces the weary Luka Lochoshvili.
A brilliantly taken low penalty from Mikautadze hands Georgia a 2-0 lead over Portugal. Diogo Costa dives the right way but it still evades him into the net. Georgian fans erupt in joy as they witness history in the making. Sensational stuff from the Georgian players. Georgia 2-0 Portugal
A brilliant break from Georgia following Mamardashvili's long punt. The cross from the right misses Mikautadze but finds Kvaratskhelia in space but his following effort is too weak to test Costa.
Portugal almost finds the equalizer from Ruben Neves' corner as the ball is not cleared properly by the Georgian defenders and falls kindly for Ronaldo, who blasts it from six yards and it hits Dvali at the back and spins over the target. A sigh of relief for Georgia, frustration for Portugal.
A sensational first 45 minutes from Georgia as they lead at the break against Portugal. It was a great start from them courtesy of Kvaratskhelia's early goal. Portugal, on the other hand, have pushed bodies forward and also created many chances but they are yet to find the equalizer. Georgian defenders have held their shape well led by their superstar goalkeeper Mamardashvili, who was brilliant in commanding the backline. Roberto Martinez may need to make some changes in the second half for Portugal to make a comeback in this match.
The Portugal talisman appeals for a penalty during the corner but the referee is not interested. Ronaldo keeps on complaining, forcing the referee to book him for dissent.
A well-drilled corner from Neto almost puts the Georgian defence in danger as Mamardashvili fails to collect it. The rebound reaches Conceicao but his effort hits the side netting.
An error from Antonio Silva saw Georgia break with speed as Mikautadze lays it off to Kvaratskhelia in space, who blasts into the penalty area and curls it past Costa in goal. Georgia take the lead against Portugal only after 93 seconds!
