Oh my god, what a thriller! This match had everything - heart-stopping moments, strategic risks, and a last-minute clincher that will be talked about for a long time. Puneri Paltan have done it! They’ve managed to edge past Gujarat Giants by a single point, securing a vital win in one of the most dramatic finishes of the season.

It was a game that swung back and forth, with Gujarat looking to be in control after executing an all-out just before the last 10 minutes. But credit to Puneri Paltan for making a risky but brilliant decision, bringing in multiple subs, including the young Dadaso Pujari. And what a decision it was! Pujari, who came in for Gaurav Khatri, was nothing short of sensational, contributing three crucial tackle points, including the game-winning clutch tackle.

Akash Shinde, leading the team for the first time, put in a magnificent performance with a Super 10, leading from the front. But the real unsung hero here was Pujari, stepping up when the pressure was on, making all the difference.

On the other side, Gujarat Giants were almost there, with Guman Singh putting in a solo show and grabbing 16 raid points. But despite his heroics, Gujarat just couldn’t close it out. The Paltan held their nerves in the dying seconds and came away with a much-needed win.

What a turnaround we’ve witnessed here! The defending champions, Puneri Paltan, have fought their way back into the game after a slow start. At one point, it looked like Gujarat Giants might run away with it, but Akash Shinde, who has stepped up in the absence of Aslam, has been phenomenal. With seven raid points already to his name, he’s been the heartbeat of the Paltan’s resurgence, well-supported by Mohit Goyat.

However, Puneri Paltan’s defense has been shaky, with Guman Singh already bagging a Super 10 for Gujarat. But as soon as Gujarat lost their momentum and Guman was tackled, the Paltan were quick to capitalize and level the scores at 16-16 at halftime.

Puneri Paltan have finally managed to take down Guman Singh. Guman looked a bit tired here as he goes for a running kick but ends but giving his ankle to Abinesh at the left corner.

Guman Singh has been unstoppable tonight. Saw Gaurav coming with an ankle hold before escaping Sanket Sawant's dash from the left cover. 9 points already for Guman.

Talking of the Puneri Paltan, they've struggled to control matches, winning only one in their last seven, and the leadership, stability, and the bite in the raiding department that Aslam Inamdar provides has been lacking since his injury. They are currently placed 7th on the points table, with six wins and three ties in 14 matches, and can't afford another defeat at this stage of the season.
