A game that see-sawed throughout but in the end, it was the two time champions, Jaipur Pink Panthers who emerge on top of this contest and walk home with a win. This win sees them get 5 points while UP Yoddhas, who also were equally good, will have to settle for a loss and only a point to their name from this match. 

UP Yoddhas were in the ascendancy in the first half and had a slender lead of two points. Jaipur then flipped the script despite being behind till the half and hour mark, they managed 11 points in the last 10 minutes as the Yoddhas struggled to take the lead and were in tatters, conceding 6 points more and in the end, losing the game by 3 points.

Raiders took a backseat in this contest as the defence units of both teams stole the show. For UP Yoddhas, it was Hitesh and Sumit who returned with a High 5 each. Bharat had 7 points to his name while their star raider, Gagan Gowda, could only muster three points

As for the Jaipur Pink Panthers, it was Reza Mirbagheri who picked up a High 5. Neeraj Narwal was only a point short of a Super 10. Surjeet Singh also returned with four points while Arjun Deshwal, who recorded his 1000th raid point in PKL, had a poor outing on the mat yet again.

Only a few more days before Pro Kabaddi League shifts bases from Hyderabad to Noida. Both teams will be looking to continue this good form especially UP Yoddhas, who will be playing their last match this season in Hyderabad.

Pink Panthers need a win here as they will be looking to gain some momentum before entering their last contest in the City of Nizams.
