Fourth victory on the trot for the Steelers and their juggernaut rolls on! They took the ascendancy right at the start and did not allow Patna to get in front even for once. The Pirates did well to keep in touch but in the end it was a comfortable victory for the Steelers who are now the table toppers.

Vinay was the main man in raid once again with 6 raid pointswhile it was a combined effort in the defense for the Steelers with Rahul Setpal earning 4 and Shaoloui getting 3 tackle points respectively. All in all, it was a brilliant team effort from the Steelers.

For the Patna Pirates, Devank and Ayan led the way in raid once again with 7 points each but their defense was simply not upto the mark. They conceded a lot of soft points which in the end proved to the difference between both the teams. They had almost got back to parity inflicting an all-out in the last 10 minutes of the game but that is when the Steelers stepped up and took it away from the Pirates to seal another win.

Another long empty raid for Vinay as he runs the clock down. Sudhakar goes in to raid and he almost picks up two but Sahil does some smart work and drags the raider's leg back and sends him off court and in doing so goes out himself too. One point each

Do-or-die raid for Steelers. Vinay spends some good 20-odd seconds before Ankit attempts a back hold on him. He retreats and gets back to the mid-line. Sudhakar then picks up a point and the gap is 5 points with 2 minutes to go

Some quick points for Steelers and they back with a lead of 5, a tackle point from Shadloui before there is a double entry from the Pirates and then Devank gets tackled. Ayan gets trapped with a brilliant ankle hold from Rahul Setapl and Steelers are now putting in long raids to run down the clock

34' Patna Pirates 28-29 Haryana Steelers

Vishal Tate picks up a bonus and then he is picked up by Ayan with a running hand touch. Rahul Setpal is the only man remaining and he goes in to raid, gets tackled after picking up a bonus. Steelers are all-out and the lead is just 1 for the Steelers now

33' Patna Pirates 24-27 Haryana Steelers

A few empty raids and Steelers have a do-or die raid. Vinay goes in for it as always and enters the lobby without a touch. Do-or-die raid for the Pirates too and in a defense of 3, Sandeep kicks Shadloui and the Steelers are down to 2.

30' Patna Pirates 22-27 Haryana Steelers

Steelers were down to 3 and Ayan picked up Sanjay from the right corner. Do-or-die raid for Vishal Tate next and he is given an easy point from Navdeep with a soft tackle. Ayan raids next and he is ushered off court, into the lobby in fact without a touch and that is a super tackle for the Steelers. 10 minutes to go and the lead is back upto 5 for the Steelers.

A couple of empty raids before it is time for a do-or-die raid for the Steelers. Vinay is sent in again but this time he gets trapped. It is do-or-die raid for the Pirates too and Ayan has the job to do this time. He uses his speed to hurry Shadloui into the lobby without a touch but he himself steps into the lobby as well.

Ayan picks up  Sanjay with his speed, drags himself to the mid-line. Shadloui raids next and picks up the right corner of Patna, he then follows it up with a successful chain tackle on Ayan

Devank starts off the second half with an empty raid. Vinay goes in to raid next and Navdeep goes for the block on him in the right corner, does so successfully

HALF TIME 20' Patna Pirates 14-20 Haryana Steelers

A couple of empty raids before Pirates have their first do-or-die raid of the match. Devank goes in to raid and picks up a bonus right under Shadloui and then the half ends with an empty raid from Vinay.

It has been a good 20 minutes for the Steelers who have a 6-point lead with 20 minutes to go. Pirates have not got going completely but expect them to bounce back in the second half. Will Steelers stretch their lead or will the Pirates make a comeback?

Do-or-die raid for Haryana Steelers, Vinay goes in for it once more like he did previously, He throws in a running hand touch on Shubham Shinde on the right corner, Pirates review and they lose it as there was no conclusive evidence

Jaideep is playing with a head band due to an injury and he goes straight into Ayan to send him out and then a couple of empty raids follow

Sanjay throws a strong block on Devank and pins him down to the mat but gets out of bounds himself. Vishal Tate was substituted in and he picks up an easy bonus on his second raid. Devank raids next and picks up Shivam Patare who went in for an advance tackle

Devank gets the Haryana skipper Jaideep with the latter throwing in a poor tackle before Vinay gets captured in the Patna half. Ayan gets Shadloui with a quick hand touch but it has been awarded as one point each, strangely

Shadloui goes in to raid and gets another point, this time Ayan on the right corner. Shubham Shinde is the only man left again for Pirates and this time he gets trapped, only a bonus is what he could manage. Patna Pirates are all out!

Shadloui gets a point in raid this time and Patna are down to one man again. Shubham Shinde, the defender, is the man who goes in to raid and throws a successful kick on Shivam Patare, the Pirates are back to two again. They could have been all-out a while back

Shadloui gets his first tackle point of the match post which Shivam Patare gets another raid point reduci9ng Patna down to one. Sudhakar is tackled and then he picks up a bonus along with a touch on skipper Jaideep to get two point
