A remarkable comeback victory for the Steelers who were down by 9 points at one stage but they have managed to completely flip the script and have emerged as the winners by a 9-point margin.

U Mumba were storming ahead in the early stages of this match on the back of Ajit Chouhan who completed a sensational Super-10 in the first 14 minutes of the match. It looked like U Mumba will run away with the contest but the Steelers did not give up.

Mohammadreza Shadloui, the showstopper, decided to take matter into his own hands and with his distinct swag and charisma took apart U Mumba. He garnered a total of 10 points and was breathing fire on the mat. The raiders for Steelers, Shivam Patare and Vishal Tate were outstanding too with both getting Super 10s. In fact, it was Shivam Batare who kept on getting points for them when U Mumba were leading.

For U Mumba, 19-year old Ajit Chouhan was the standout performer with a mammoth 17 raid points on the night. But 14 of them came in the first half and he was kept quiet in the second half and as soon as he went on the bench U Mumba looked a completely different unit. Their defense had an off day too with none of the big names failing to make a big impact and were often guilty of giving away far too many soft points.

Shadloui has been captured or has he? Three men on the court for Mumba and Shadloui went in to raid. He used his speed to send all the thee on the same side but that is when skipper Sunil showed his class to tackle Shadloui but then replays show that Rinku stepped out of bounds before a touch and then got involved in the tackle.

Shadloui gets the point and this is a huge moment in the game, there is simply no shortage of drama tonight

Do-or-die raid for Ajit Chouhan and it is time for Shadoui to showcase his swag! He picks up the man who has scofred 17 points on the night from around his neck. Shadloui is breathing fire now!

It is time for a blockbuster clash at the Noida Indoor Stadium, it is Number 2 vs Number 4 as U Mumba take on Haryana Steelers in Match 48 with the winner going straight to the top of the points table

Both these teams were on the mat yesterday and registered wins albeit in contrasting manners. While U Mumba showcased some brilliant tactical awareness and steely nerves to edge out UP Yoddhas in a match that went down the the last raid, Haryana Steelers brushed aside Gujarat Giants with a mammoth 16-points win.

Also, both teams have had a similar run in the tournament so far. Having made a slow start, both U Mumba and Haryana Steelers have gone from strength to strength and have registered 5 wins in the competition as of now having played 8 and 7 matches respectively. A tied result for U Mumba has made sure that they are occupy the second position two spots above above the Steelers in the points table.

Talking about personnel, skipper Sunil Kumar has been the backbone for U Mumba. Not only has he led the team excellently, his form as a defender has been good too. In the raiding department, young Ajit Chouhan has had a terrific run and is team's top raider so far with 66 points. Iranian all-rounder Amirmohammad Zafardanesh has put in handy contributions too amassing 41 points across both the departments so far. They would want the likes of Manjeet to step up and provide some much needed support in raid.

For the Steelers, Rahul Setpal had a stellar night yesterday picking up a mammoth 8 tackle points to lead them to a win against Gujarat Giants. Vinay has been the top raider for them with 52 points so far. But you simply can't look past Mohammadreza Shadloui, the Iranian will attract a lot of eyeballs today as well like he always does. Young Shivam Patare and skipper Jaideep Dahiya have been impressive too.
