AEW Dynamite Live Results (July 24, 2024): TOP NAME ALMOST SET ON FIRE, HUGE DEBUT, FORMER WWE STAR RETURNS, BACKSTAGE BRAWL

Matthew Jackson finally utters "I quit" to save Jack Perry and gives Team AEW the victory.

Team AEW win

Darby Allin wants Team Elite say "I quit" or else he'll light up Perry on fire. Matthew Jackson says Allin will get a title match against Perry, but Allin is not satisfied.

Darby Allin douses Jack Perry with gasoline.

Team AEW handcuffs Jack Perry to the steel cage and they take turns to unload on the Scapegoat. Matthew Jackson has also been handcuffed.

Mark Briscoe hits multiple Jay Drillers before Darby Allin hits a Coffin Drop from the roof of the steel cage on Jack Perry.

Bowens and Nicholas are fighting in the side of the cage and The Elite member drives Bowens' head on the cage. He falls on top of the pile of tables.

Strickland and Page take their battle to the ramp and both fall off the stage. The other 8 men continue their battle. The action spills to the outside of the cage.

The Elite have staple guns in one of the boxes and they puncture Strickland with them. Strickland is not affected and he takes down The Elite. Hangman Page mistakenly hits the Buckshot on Okada.

All 10 men are inside the cage. Strickland takes down Perry with a flatline. Swerve has the staple gun in his hand, but one of the Bucks hit a low blow to stop him.

Strickland is finally free and he enters the cage by cutting the cage. Swerve unloads on Team Elite until only Hangman Page is left standing. The two battle it out.

Jeff Jarrett comes out to help Swerve Strickland, but Brandon Cutler tries to stop him. Billy Gunn also comes out and Cutler gets hit with a guitar by Jarrett.

The cage is shut down with The Elite having the number's advantage. The Elite dominating the match. Mark Briscoe looks for a Froggy Bow, only for it to be countered.

Page continues to strike down Strickland. Matt Jackson takes the mic and orders Page to get in the ring or he will be fired.

After some back-and-forth, Swerve Strickland is in for Team AEW. But Hangman Page attacks him from behind and handcuffs him to the cage.

Max Caster is fed some thumbtacks and The Young Bucks superkick him with the thumbtacks in his mouth. Hangman Page was supposed to be the 4th men, but he doesn't show up.

Caster comes in with a mic and he unloads on The Elite. After some back-and-forth, Bowens gets dropped on top of the barbed wires. Bowens is a barbed-wire sandwich and Nicholas hits a Swanton on top of him.

Team AEW struggling amid all the chaos. Mark Briscoe tries to mount a comeback, but gets taken down. Max Caster is the next man in.

Kazuchika Okada comes in next. He takes down Bowens and Allin. Okada hits a tombstone on Mark Briscoe. The Elite have regrouped and bring out a table.

Briscoe hits a cutter on Nicholas and Allin hits a Scorpion Death Drop on Matthew. Anthony Bowens hits Jack Perry with scissors as Matthew also has thumbtacks stuck in his hand.

Anthony Bowens is the next man in for Team AEW. He unloads on Nicholas Jackson and Jack Perry. Matt Jackson throws a garbage can on Bowens, but Briscoe attacks him.

Matthew Jackson is the next man in for Team Elite. The Elite are dominating things now and Mark Briscoe has been busted open.

Mark Briscoe is the second member for Team AEW. He takes down both members of Team Elite. Darby Allin is also back up. Lots of carnage with weapons. Briscoe jumps on top of Nicholas and had him sandwiched with a ladder.

Nicholas and Perry are dishing out punishment to Allin. Nicholas tries to choke out Allin before Perry strikes on the ankle with a steel chair.

Nick Jackson is the 2nd member for Team Elite. He hits a guillotine leg drop on Darby Allin. Allin tries to fight Nicholas and Perry off, but gets superkicked a couple of times.

Jack Perry blasts Darby Allin with a steel chair and chokes him out with a rope. Perry then continues his assault with a trash can.

Team AEW vs. Team Elite - Blood & Guts match

Jack Perry doesn't even allow Darby Allin to enter the ring. Perry unloads on Allin at ringside and through the crowd. But the former AEW TNT Champion makes his comeback and things are back in the squared circle.

Darby Allin comes out first for Team AEW.

Post-match, Toni Storm's music plays. She doesn't appear at first, but shows up behind May. The two have a staredown before throwing hands at one another. Officials separate the two.

Mariah May vs. enhancement talent

Mariah May is debuting her "Glamour" gimmick in AEW. She dominates from start to finish and hits a hip attack plus Storm Zero for the win.

Team AEW are in a backstage segment. Darby Allin, Swerve Strickland, and Max Caster have a back-and-forth before Mark Briscoe cools things down.

PAC vs. Boulder

PAC is quick off the blocks in the match against Boulder. He picks up a quick win with a brainbuster.

PAC is in action against Boulder.

The Patriarchy are in a backstage segment. Christian Cage says Nick Wayne is in the Royal Rampage. Wayne starts speaking, but he sees Kip Sabian. Wayne threatens to throw Sabian out of the Royal Rampage.

Post-match, Mercedes Moné comes out and she refuses to face Britt Baker at All In. KAMILLE makes her debut and lays out Baker. She has aligned with Moné.

Baker hits a snapping neckbreaker for a two-count. Britt Baker struggles some more before applying the Lockjaw on Hikaru Shida for the win.

Towards the end of the match, Baker tries for the Lockjaw, but Shida gets her foot to the bottom ropes. Shida seemingly hints at using her kendo stick, but stops.

Hikaru Shida stops Britt Baker and hits a back German Suplex. After some reversals, Shida applies a Guillotine. Britt Baker gets out and the two stars have a back-and-forth.

Britt Baker tries to mount some offense and hits some right hand strikes and Shida drops her on the turnbuckles. Baker takes Shida down with a neckbreaker and she follows up with a sling blade.
