A look at the final standings of the Women's Club Throw - F51 Final. Ukraine's Zoia Ovsii wins the gold medal. USA's Cassie Mitchell clinches the silver medal. The bronze medal goes to RPC's Elena Gorlova. India's Kashish Lakra finishes sixth and Ekta Bhyan finishes eighth.

Women's Club Throw - F51 Final

Ukraine's Zoia Ovsii, who is the current World Record holder in the Women's Club Throw was the last athlete in this final. But she absolutely dominated the final. All her six attempts were 24m+. She established a new Paralympic Record with a best throw of 25.12m. She also came pretty close to break her own World Record but she could not. But that would not disappoint her. Zoia Ovsii seals the gold medal with a throw of 25.12m.

We're all set for the final shot to decide the winner. Harvinder Singh hits 10, while the Korean archer hits only 8. With that, the Indian archer clinches a bronze for his country.

Harvinder Singh wins the first set, while Min Su wins the second. The scores are levelled 2-2 after the first two shots. The Indian wins the third set to take the lead, while both players spilt one point each in the fourth set.

A perfect start for Kevin as he hits a 10. Meanwhile, Harvinder hits 7 who will now look for a 10 as Kevin hits 7 from his second arrow.  

Harvinder hits 9 off his second, while Kevin hits 9 from his third. Harvinder needs a 10 to level score, but he manages to get an 8 and ends up on the losing side.

Kevin starts Set 4 with a 9, while Harvinder Singh starts off with an 8. Both players hit 9 each off their second arrows. The Indian gets an 8 from his final arrow, while the American makes a mistake and hist 6. He loses two points to Harvinder to level the match.

Simply superb throwing from Russian Paralympic Committee's Elena Gorlova. She recorded six monster throws in her six attempts. She created the new Paralympic Record not once, not twice but three times in her six attempts. The new Paralympic Record in the Women's Club Throw now stands at 24.08m. And needless to say, it has taken Elena Gorlova to the top spot. India's Kashish Lakra has now slipped to the third spot.
