Confirmation of the final result of the men's Shot Put - F35 Final.

Here is how the eight finalists performed in their sixth and the final throw of the final. India's Arvind finishes seventh with a best throw of 13.48m. The gold medal goes to Uzbekistan's Khusniddin NORBEKOV. His best throw in the final came on his last attempt and it measured 16.13m. For a moment Khusniddin NORBEKOV was pushed to the second spot as Argentina's Emanuel URRA's last throw measured 15.90m but Khusniddin NORBEKOV made sure that he won the gold medal. Emanuel URRA wins the silver medal. The bronze medal goes to China's Xinhan Fu with a best throw of 15.41m.

The athletes are having a tough time as it is raining heavily. So they are finding it tough to grip the Shot Put or maintain their balance.

The top-3 positions don't change after the fourth attempt. It is still Uzbekistan's Khusniddin NORBEKOV is first, Argentina's Emanuel URRA Hernan is second and China's Xinhan Fu is third. India's Arvind is stuck at the eighth spot.

Here is how the leaderboard looks like after the three attempts. Uzbekistan's Khusniddin NORBEKOV is first, Argentina's Emanuel URRA Hernan is second and China's Xinhan Fu is third. India's Arvind is struggling for the moment and is last at the moment. But all it takes is just one throw to take yourself in the medal reckoning. So there is still hope for India's Arvind.

The 48 year old has been a trailblazer for para-badminton in the country and she is still in the competition.
She will take the court alongside Palak Kohli in the doubles category.
