84' Cartabia and Luis Alberto threaten for Deportivo, with the former eventually earning a corner. Can the hosts make this interesting?

81' Well, this game is effectively over and done with less than 10 minutes to go. Unless there is a meltdown of epic proportions in Granada, the title is heading to Barcelona. Meanwhile, Marcelo and Ramos go close with some wonderful play

79' ALMOST! Carvajal floats in a wonderful cross from the right, and Isco charges into the box to aim a header narrowly wide.

78' Benzema's shot from the left edge of the box works its way to James is acres of space in front of goal, but Pletikosa saves both his efforts. The referee blows incorrectly for offside.

72' WHAT A SAVE! Keylor Navas with a stunning save from a point-blank header by Rober from a right wing corner. That was awful marking from Madrid, who allowed Rober to ghost unmarked into the box.

54' SHOT! Lucas Perez collects the ball on the move and gets a low shot off quickly, but Navas is at full stretch to deny the high-scoring striker.

52' Deportivo have had much of the ball in the second half, with Real Madrid understandably going down a gear in intensity.

50' James turns and shoots from the centre of the pitch from about 25 yards out with his left foot, but Pletikosa collects the effort aimed right at him with ease.

47' Carvajal makes a mess of a clearance, and Depotivo are gifted a corner. The hosts are unable to make anything of the set-piece though.

HT: There's some hope for Real Madrid, as Barcelona have blown a two goal lead in this season before, against Deportivo and Villarreal, with both games ending 2-2. If history repeats, Real Madrid could win La Liga. Remember Tottenham leading 2-0 against Chelsea? Sadly, I doubt if Granada have an Eden Hazard.

HT: Deportivo 0-2 Real Madrid. It could have been 5 from Ronaldo, but his brace seems academic now, with Barcelona leading 2-0 courtesy of Luis Suarez. As things stand, Barcelona will win La Liga by 1 point.

45' ALMOST! Ronaldo's effort cannons into the wall and watches as his shot from the rebound falls to Casemiro in the box. The defensive midfielder lifts the ball over Pletikos, but the ball clears the goal as well.

44' Benzema is clipped by Mosquera with the referee blowing for a foul. No prizes for guessing who will take the free-kick.

43' Deportivo attack with Lucas Perez down the right, but Madrid eventually get the ball clear after a spell of pressure from the hosts.
