New Zealand's oldest cricketer, Tom Pritchard passes away at 100
Tom Pritchard, New Zealand's oldest cricketer, passed away on August 22 at the age of 100. The first Kiwi cricketer to cross the age of 10, Pritchard, a pacer, played for Warwickshire during the 1950s and 1960s. He took a total of 695 of his career's 818 wickets for Warwickshire, averaging at 23.30 across his 200 first-class career games.
He came close to getting selected to the national side, but couldn't never make it to the top-most level.
