FULL-TIME! Switzerland 1 Cameroon 0. Cameroon tried till the end but it was Breel Embolo's goal which proved to be the difference. Lack of quality in finishing let Cameroon down even as they posed a constant threat to the Swiss goal. Switzerland after the goal used all their experience and nous to protect their one goal lead.

Haris Seferovic has a glorious chance as he is through on goal, cuts inside and shoots but Jean-Charles Castelletto keeps Cameroon just about alive with a last-ditch block. Desperate defending.
