The AIFF launched Super Cup, a tournament that will pit I-League and ISL teams against each other.

2 parallel leagues (I League & ISL) weren't enough. AIFF's Super Cup is so elaborate that it's a 3rd league. I hope it's a one off & unified league comes into effect in 2018.

I originally thought it would be a Super Cup like Europe where ISL champs play against I League champs.
