Khabib Nurmagomedov defeats Dustin Poirier via Submission in round 3.

Khabib tries a choke and locks it in. It's over. Khabib has it. Khabib has done it again.

This time it's Dustin who takes down Khabib and the Guillotine Choke is locked in. Dustin is cranking on it. Khabib is in trouble. Khabib escapes and takes the back of Dustin.

Khabib and Dustin end the second round with Khabib having the significant advantage.

Khabib is not able to keep Poirier down, but he gets him down when he gets up to his feet. Dustin tries a Guillotine, but is unable. The two of them lock in again and again. Dustin is exhausted.

They are down again and Khabib is on top of Dustin. He spins him around and takes his back. Dustin is cut badly.

the two go at it, with Khabib throwing some good shots. Dustin has Khabib on the retreat. He hits a few really good shots. He is running away from Dustin. Khabib does not want this battle to be on their feet.

Khabib flattens Dustin and then keeps on the back. He spins him around hits him with several elbow strikes to the head and hits him with the ground and pound.

Khabib is on the back of Dustin, but he gets up. Dustin is now up and lands a knee. He hits an elbow and then is tripped.

Dustin manages to lock in the chin lock. Poirier is miserable. Now there are punches. Khabib is alternating between punches and chokes.

Khabib hits Dustin with a knee and then spins him around and has his back. THAT'S A CHOKE!

Khabib goes for the takedown, but Dustin stops him. Khabib grabs a leg and keeps working. DUSTIN IS DROPPED!

Neither man is jumping into it for a KO, with them feeling each other out.

The fight starts as the two men face each other down. Dustin starts with a leg-kick. This is a fight with a lot on the line.

That was unexpected and the crowd was not happy.

Paul Felder defeats Edson Barboza via Split Decision (27-30, 29-28, 30-27)

The two fighters in this round have seen Barboza land a couple of kicks, but Felder's strikes have been better. They clinch in the corner and Barboza escapes after a knee. The fight ends the third round with Barboza getting a big takedown. 9-8 Barboza

Barboza lands a good shot and moves back.

Both men continue sparring as they are exchanging blows almost equally. Neither man is quite ready to give up.

Second round comes to an end with them still in the clinch. Barboza 9-8

They clinch in the corner, with neither man gaining advantage. Felder hits a combo, but Barboza survives and lands one of his own. Felder goes for a takedown, but instead they clinch on the corner.

This round has also seen Barboza on top mostly, but Felder is getting in more offense now.

There's certainly a lot of blood on the mat at the moment. Neither man is giving in, with Felder trying for an Armbar. Barboza drops him and then tey are back in their feet again.

The fight has been more or less equally matched, but Barboza lands several left hooks and a take down as both fighters are on the mat. Felder lands several shots to the head of Barboza. Barboza is the one now cut open badly.

Felder follows in with Barboza and tries an elbow but misses. Barboza hits Felder with a high kick. Barboza lands a combination and a kick. Felder is having a hard time in this fight, but he is creating pressure. Barboza 9-8

Both men continue again as they exchange swings with each other.

Both men fight throwing hard shots at each other, but Herb Dean stop it once for the cut on his head and the inadvertent headbutt.

The two clinch in the corner as Felder tries a sharp knee on Barboza. A swing and a miss by both fighters. Barboza kicks Felder twice. Felder is cut open above his right eye.

Felder and Barboza are already holding little back as they head into this fight against each other.
