With just a deficit of 15 points, Rajasthan were expected to cruise to a win but on a day that their defense came to the party, the attack flopped completely. The trio of Durvesh Salunke, Avik Singha and Gajanan ensuring that the Khiladis get eight points while skipper Vijay Hajare ensured another couple of points in the end. Whew! What an exciting game it has been, one of the firsts where a defense has dominated proceedings!

Rajasthan's game to lose from here on certainly unless Mumbai can pull off a miraculous defense.

Right, both teams desperately need a win here, don't they? The Khiladis and the Warriors are languishing at the bottom of the points table and as the gap between them and the other side increases, the players will start getting more desperate for a victory. Mumbai Khiladis only have a solitary win to their name, one which incidentally came against the Warriors themselves. Their Wazir, Durvesh Salunke, has been fantastic thus far and is the third-best Wazir in the tournament. The Rajasthan Warriors have not had anything to write home about this season, crashing to four defeats on the trot. They will be looking to exact revenge but more than a change of plans, the Warriors might just need a change of mindset going into the second half of the tournament.
