FULL TIME! At the end of Turn 4: Odisha Juggernauts 60-37 Mumbai Khiladis

A comprehensive and clinical showing by the Juggernauts and they have humbled the Khiladis after the latter got a couple of wins under their belt. It has been a showing of some terrific all-round Kho Kho! The Juggernauts were just the better side that showed up on the day and they end up on the winning side with a 23-point margin. The Juggernauts were better in attack and in defense and it was especially the latter that helped them seal the deal and by such a margin. Right then, the Juggernauts move to the top of the table and become the second team to qualify after the Giants! As for the Khiladis, they just have a couple of games left in this tournament and will have to win both in order to have a shot at securing a playoffs berth.

7' Is that a bird? Is that a plane? Nah, it's just Suraj Lande putting in another sky dive! Goes airborne and extends his arm to get in a touch on Milind Kurupe.

7' Just a few seconds before the defense bonus is granted, Vishal chases down the skipper, turns from the pole and puts in a sky dive to send him back!

6' Sreejesh S has to depart as he attempts to change directions in front of the Wazir, Arjun Singh. The Wazir, not bound by the direction rules, follows him and gets in a running touch.

5' Abhishek is the first player to depart as the defenders get into a cluster and that allows Mahesha P to follow one of them and get in a running touch.

Batch 4 of the Khiladis, comprising of Abhishek, Vijay Hajare and Sreejesh S, is on the mat now. A star-studded defending line-up and unsurprisingly, the Juggernauts have opted for the Power Play!

4' The batch has been wiped in just over a minute and a half as Suraj Lande chases down the final defender, Gajanan near the cross lane and puts in a sky dive to send him back!

3' A review is taken by Durvesh Salunke as he believes there was no touch. However, replays show that Mahesha P had risen quickly and had gotten fingertips on his jersey! Review unsuccessful!

3' A comfortable touch point for Gowtham MK as he receives a Kho in a situation where Rohit was right in front of him.

2' Mahesha P joins in on the action now as he cleverly advances in the cross lane and once the defender took a direction, he followed him and got a touch on Shubham.

1' Devendra has to depart in the first minute itself as Suraj Lande puts in a sky dive and sends the young defender back to the bench.

Right, just a two-point lead for the Khiladis and the result of this game is all but foregone. Unless they can pull off a defense in the fourth turn similar to what they had in their game against the Warriors, just formalities remain in this contest. What a dominant performance it has been from the Juggernauts defenders in this game!

7' Some clever work from the Khiladis as Vijay Hajare is given a Kho just before the pole. Nilesh Jadhav, who had made his way in front of Hajare already, has to depart as a comfortable touch has been executed on him.

Just a minute to go now as Batch 1 of the Juggernauts enters the mat.

6' DREAM RUN! The two and a half minutes mark has been breached and the defense bonus has been granted. And almost immediately after, Gajanan gets in a touch near the pole.

6' A sky dive from Pathan while Dilip was looking to change directions results in him getting tagged. He was completely airborne and that will be a sky dive!

5' A review has been taken by Dilip Khandavi as Sreejesh S has been granted a touch point. The TV umpire takes his time and in the end, he rules in favour of the defender. NOT OUT!

5' Dilip puts in all the hard work but gets in a cluster with Dipesh More. It is Sreejesh S who gets in a running touch but not on Dilip. It is the skipper who has to depart!

4' Tries to evade the attackers but in the end, Sreejesh S puts in a pole dive to dismiss Milind Chavrekar. What a terrific run this has been!

3' A touch has been granted as the attacker gets in a touch as Milind was crossing the central lane. However, Milind has reviewed it right away! Well, turns out the attacker was cutting the central lane with his left foot and the review is successful! NOT OUT!

3' DREAM RUN! The final Batch 3 defender has lasted and the two and a half minute mark has been breached.

1' A sky dive from Abhishek Pathrode get the better of Avinash Desai and it is Abhishek once again who who gets in a running touch on Suraj Lande. Good work from the Khiladis after a nervy start.

Turn 3 is underway with the Batch 3 of the Juggernauts taking the court. Mumbai not going for the Power Play right away this time.

HALF TIME! At the end of Turn 2: Odisha Juggernauts 29-20 Mumbai Khiladis

The Juggernauts had a massive opportunity to put together a massive lead here but some decent work from the Khiladis has prevented that. The four-point Dream Run by Vijay Hajare was absolutely crucial and slightly made up for the points that Mumbai had failed to garner in their attacking. Plenty to do for both teams now and we certainly cannot count the Mumbai Khiladis out. However, they do not have the best of track records in the second innings and will be looking to change that around today. Who will emerge on top? Stick around to find out!

7' Durvesh Salunke looks to change directions but it is the Wazir, Santra, who is pursuing him. In the end, it is the former who puts in a sky dive and fetches another three points for his side.

7' Well, almost an action report of the last one as Suraj Lande gets a straightforward touch on him courtesy of a sky dive.

7' A sky dive from Suraj Vande on Avik Singha. The umpire has adjudged that to be out. There is some confusion whether Mumbai had already lost a review earlier. Well, they hadn't and the review is successful! Singha remains NOT OUT! Suraj's foot had breached the central lane in the follow-through of the dive.

Batch 2 of the Khiladis is on the mat now and the Juggernauts have opted for the Power Play!

6' Milind Chavrekar's hand touches Vijay's when the pair was close to the pole. There was a touch there and the Mumbai skipper has to depart.

5' FOUR-POINT DREAM RUN! The skipper, Vijay Hajare, has ensured that the Khiladis remain in the contest by lasting for a substantial amount of time on the mat!

5' Runs out of ideas and tumbles in the end and gives Abhishek Pathrode to get a touch on him.

4' A running touch near the pole from Dinesh Naik on Sreejesh S results in the ace defender having to make his way back to the bench.

A turn dominated by the Odisha Juggernauts defenders, picking up two four-point Dream Runs. Coming into this game on the back of some momentum, the Khiladis have turned up a different unit completely. They have just not been upto the mark so far and they will have to return the favour while defending in order to make a match out of this. Most of Mumbai's points have not fetched them a bonus. That will be an area that will have to look into as well.

7' A sky dive from Vijay Hajare just at the stroke of half time fetches Mumbai some much-needed points. They will be going into Turn 2 with a narrow 8-point lead.

7' The Juggernauts have reviewed for a touch point that was awarded to the Khiladis, taking place near the central lane. The umpires have to overturn their decision as it is NOT OUT indeed!

7' SELF OUT! Dipesh More, after putting in a terrific run, is exhausted and gives up as the attacker chases him and gets in a running touch. And that has been given as a self out! The Odisha skipper and coach are not pleased one bit!

7' DOUBLE DREAM RUN ONCE AGAIN! Skipper Dipesh More has fetched his side another four points! Absolutely terrific from the Juggernauts captain!

5' After some terrific defending, it is Dilip who has to make his way back to the bench after he tried to change directions in front of a Wazir. And soon after Durvesh gets the better of Dinesh Naik too as he committed the same mistake as Dilip.
