Asuka defeats Roxanne Perez by pin.
The Brawling Brutes (Butch/Ridge Holland) and Tyler Bate defeat Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, Wolfgang) by pin.
Ilja Dragunov defeats Dominik Mysterio by pin.
Lola Vice defeats Dani Palmer by pin.
Carmelo Hayes defeats Bron Breakker by pin.

Hayes smiles from the corner as Taker paces around the ring. He finishes by saying that no matter how much of a bada** you may think you are, there's always a bigger, meaner one around the corner. Hayes celebrates on the top buckle as Taker walks around the ring to close the show.

Taker and Bron stare each other down until Bron calls him an "old timer." He says there's only one bada** around here before Taker grabs the mic. He says he's been watching Bron for a long time, and he'll be a special talent one day, but "it ain't today." He then drops Bron with a punch before landing a chokeslam on the former NXT Champ.

Melo tries to celebrate his win, but Bron hits him with a Spear. Bron grabs the mic and says there's only one Bada** in all of NXT. The Undertaker's music hits as he brings back the American Bada** gimmick. He comes out on a motorcycle, to Bron's shock. Taker parks the bike before the announce table before getting into the ring.

Melo climbs to the top for a move, but Bron meets him. Hayes pushes Bron off the top, but Bron recovers to jump back up. He attempts some move but botches it, having Melo land on his knees. Bron gets a near fall. Bron goes for a Spear, but Melo moves. Bron hits a pop-up power slam for a two-count. He then leaves the ring, grabbing the steel steps. Cena grabs them and hits Bron with the steps.

Solo Sikoa comes out, but Cena leaves to battle Solo to the back. Hayes hits a facebuster on the outside. He then hits his finishing leg drop to pick up the win.

Result - Bron Breakker defeats Carmelo Hayes by pin.

Bron maintains control of the match, hitting a spear and a gutbuster on Hayes for a near fall. He mocks Cena with a few shoulder blocks, followed by a five Knuckle Shuffle attempt. Hayes stands up and hits Bron with a Superkick. Melo hits a Cutter variant for a two-count. Heyman keeps looking worried as Breakker can't close the match.

Brian Pillman Junior is on his way to an NXT ring!

After several showdowns, Bron and Melo are back-and-forth early on. They battle on a turnbuckle with Bron going for a modified facebuster, dropping Hayes on the top buckle. He gets back in the ring to land some punches on his foe.

Cena comes out to his music but quickly changes focus to the entering Carmelo Hayes. Heyman introduces Breakker like he's Brock Lesnar. He might be the Next Next Big Thing.

In another series of backstage interactions, Asuka is thanked by Kiana James. She thanks The Empress for leaving her just enough of Roxanne Perez. Blair Davenport also shows Asuka respect since both spent time wrestling in Japan. Kelani Jordan comes up like a fan girl with Fallon Henley. Jordan shakes her hand and then leaves. Henley tries to talk next, but Tiffany Stratton rudely cuts her off.

Stratton says that these other ladies don't know how to act and that she and Asuka were "dominant" NXT Women's Champions. Asuka leaves with a befuddled look on her face. Henley rips Stratton for being rude.

We finally get a face shot of Brian Pillman Jr. in what should be the final vignette before his debut. He has his hair cut short like his dad but mentions that he doesn't have fond memories of his dad because he passed away when he was four years old.

He also claims that he tried everything not to join the wrestling business, but it kept pulling him in. Since he wants to take his rage out on the business, he will not go by Jr. but by the last name of the man who raised him, King.

Backstage, we go to a Chase U segment. Thea Hail returns to the classroom only because Jacy Jayne said she would. Andre Chase is happy, but Hail only agrees to come back if Jacy could show up. She does, and they distract Chase by talking during the lecture. Andre gets mad because a student is looking at his phone. Jacy informs him that Duke and Andre are in the 10-team battle royal for next week.

We then pivot to Paul Heyman hyping up Bron Breakker. He mentions how he crossed paths with his uncle (Scott) and his father (Rick) and that Bron has the best of both. Heyman says Bron is a future WrestleMania main-eventer. Breakker says he doesn't care who it is - Cena, Melo, Rollins - he will break everyone. Bron leaves, and Heyman calls Roman Reigns as he is obligated to do with every appearance.

Dani Palmer gets a few shots in but misses a modified Phoenix Splash. Vice goes for a Spinning Heel Kick, but Palmer ducks. Vice locks in a submission, but Palmer counters into a pin attempt. Vice then blasts her with a kick for the win.

Result - Lola Vice defeats Dani Palmer by pin.

Baron Corbin encountered Cody Rhodes backstage, demanding a shot at the NXT title. Cody says that Dijak beat him to it, but Corbin will get his shot next week when he, Dijak, and the winner of the main event battle in a triple threat for a title shot.

Also backstage, Dom and Rheat are leaving the trainer's area when Nathan Frazer mocks Dom for not knowing anyone and whiffing in his title shot.

Up next is the second match of the Women's Breakout Tournament. Dani Palmer takes on one of the favorites, Lola Vice. Elektra Lopez accompanies Vice.

Dani goes for a Leap Frog, but Vice kicks her in midair. She lands several more kicks, going for a pin. Vice drops Palmer in the corner and lands a hip attack that took too long to set up. She hits two quick pin attempts but to no avail.

The NXT title match featured many run ins, but Trick Williams was able to neutralize Mami.

After the Trick/Cena/Melo segment, we see the NXT Anonymous post of Paul Heyman in a room talking with Ava. She's a part of the Bloodline family but has had two matches. She still needs A LOOOOOOT of work in the ring before being called up for that type of spotlight.

A huge white SUV shows up in the parking lot area, and Jade Cargill gets out of it. HBK meets her and says this is a huge night, and he's glad she's here for the festivities. He escorts her into the building.

After the title match, Carmelo Hayes and John Cena are conversing about helping each other. Cena says it's a privilege to be in NXT to help him. Trick Williams comes in, and all three converse. Trick and Melo are looking to get their titles back. After Melo leaves to get ready for his main event, Cena notices that Trick is still bothered. He asks Cena when Cena knew "it was his time" to go after the major title. Cena says come with me to give Trick more advice.

Knight hands Ilja the title before leaving. Ilja celebrates his win until Baron Corbin's music hits. He comes down to the ring, but Dijak drops Ilja with a big boot. He stakes a claim to the next title shot. Dijak leaves the ring and tells Corbin that he beat him to the punch by getting to Dragunov.

Dom lands 619, but Ilja kicks out of the pin. The NXT Champ recovers and lines up for his finisher, but Dom rolls to the ring apron. Ilja chases him but is hit with a DDT. Dom tries to land more offense, but Ilja responds with a powerbomb followed by his H Bomb forearm. Ilja lines Dom up for his finisher, but Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, and Ripley try to interfere.

Trick Williams pulls Rhea off the apron as Rhea tries to hit Ilja with her title belt. She falls into his arms. Knight disposes of Balor and McDonagh. Ilja hits Torpedo Moscow for the win.

Result - Ilja Dragunov defeats Dominik Mysterio by pin.

Ilja battles back with a strong clothesline that grounds Dom. Ilja goes for German Suplexes again, but Rhea extends her hand into the ring to help Dom. Knight sees it and doesn't let the interference happen.

Ilja bludgeons Dom in the corner with chop and forearms. To Mami's delight, Dom slaps Ilja's chest, but Ilja barely flinches. He returns the favor ten-fold, dropping the North American Champ to the mat. Dom lands a dropkick to set Ilja up for 619, but Ilja evades it.

Off the commercial break, Dom is going for the Three Amigos series of suplexes. The crowd chants "Yeah" during the match, and Knight always obliges them.

Mami distracts Knight on the apron, allowing Dom to hit a cheap move to take over.

Ilja lands some chops that drop Dom to the mat. He also tries to escape but Ilja lands a German Suplex.

Even with the guest referee, it's a bit surprising that Cody didn't ban Rhea Ripley or any other members of Judgment Day from ringside.

Up next, Mac Mitchell interviews Baron Corbin. He's upset that Ilja Dragunov is handing a shot out to Dominik Mysterio tonight instead of him since he's the only one to have put Ilja down. LA Knight's music interrupts his words, and Corbin takes off from Mitchell's side.

Before the next match, Cody Rhodes walks backstage until Tony D'Angelo and Stacks approach him. They propose a 10-team battle royal where the final two teams battle in a standard tag match. The winners face The D'Angelo Family for the titles on Night 1 of Halloween Havoc.

He calls it the Badda Bing, Badda Boom Battle Royal for next week.

The NXT Championship match between Dominik Mysterio and Ilja Dragunov is next, with special guest referee LA Knight!!

You really shouldn't give Butch weapons like darts to play with. That's your result.

Cena puts Bron over as a physical specimen who has everything except for respect. He wasn't going to run Bron down, but Bron disrespected him. He says it's a "teachable moment." He also claims that he wanted to extend a show of respect before the main event. Born then decks Cena and lines him up for a Spear, but Cena evades it. He hoists Breakker on his shoulders for an AA, but Bron escapes.

Bron says the people didn't come here to see him (Cena says they can't see him like his catchphrase), but they came to see him. Bron needs to lay off the tanning. He's orange.

The crowd then sings Cena's theme to the tune of "Bron Breakker Sucks!!!!" Cena says he's heard that song before but it's cooler when the lyrics are changed.

The crowd loves singing themes, including Cody's at the show's opening and Cena's theme as he made his way to the ring. He begins to address his role for tonight's main event. He's interrupted by Bron Breakker in his black heel gear.

Cena comes out next, putting over NXT, how it's a starting point and an integral part of WWE. He puts over Cody as GM, LA Knight as a guest referee, and the overall brand as a place everyone wants to visit.

Someone was backstage recruiting for the Bloodline, despite the limited ring time.

Following the pub fight, a video package shows how two women from Dublin, Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria, will face off on Night 1 of Halloween Factory. We see video footage from a training session when Lynch trained many other Irish stars, including Lyra.

Mac Mitchell then tries interviewing Lyra Valkyria, but Tegan Nox cuts her off. Nox says she almost beat Becky on RAW, so Lyra's match needs to wait. Lyra says that Nox didn't capitalize on her match last night, so it's time for the biggest bout of her (Lyra's) career.

Wolfie and Mark hit a tandem move on Butch, but Bate breaks up the pin with a Corkscrew Plancha off the top. On the outside, Ridge grabs a table and shoves it in the ring for Bate to set up. Tyler tries to set Mark up for a move, but Wolfgang saves him by landing a Uranage.

Ridge makes the save, dumping Wolfie and Mark to the outside. Joe then hits a reverse crossbody to drop Ridge. Butch comes in and hits a move on Butch, but Joe then drops Butch with a Lariat. He puts Butch on the table before leaving the ring to get a drink.

He tries to dump it on Butch, but Bate grabs the ug and bashes it on Joe Coffey's head. The Brutes and Bate then drop Joe through the table with a three-man powerbomb for the win.

Result - The Brawling Brutes (Ridge Holland/Butch) and Tyler Bate defeat Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, and Wolfgang) by pin.

All six men club it out in the ring. Butch lands a moonsault on the outside while Ridge and Bate hit stereo airplane spins. They then all hit clubbing chest strikes throughout the arena. All three hit Bop and Bang, with Butch getting a near fall on a German Suplex with a bridge.

Wolfie goes for a Tope Con Giro but gets the ring apron more than Butch/Ridge. Joe Coffey and Bate remain in the ring. Bate goes for a flying uppercut, but Joe catches him.

He locks in an inverted Boston Crab submission with Bate suspended. Ridge breaks it up. The good guys then all lock in submissions at the same time until they are broken up.

The Empress of Tomorrow remains undefeated on NXT after beating The Prodigy, Roxanne Perez.

There's little time to wait before the next match as Gallus takes on Butch, Ridge Hollad, and Tyler Bate in a Pub Rules match. Gallus attacks the good guys before the bell.

Ridge puts Mark Coffey in a trashcan, and Bate hits it with a bowling ball. On the outside. Butch looks like he hurt his leg. Coffey sends Butch into the steel steps with a Glasgow Sendoff. Gallus slams Bate on the apron face-first before putting Butch through a table.

The American Nightmare had a lot to say to open NXT!!!

After the match, Kiana James tries to blindside Roxy, but Shotzi comes in for the save. She sends Kiana packing while helping Perez to her feet.

Asuka bows to a grounded Roxanne Perez before leaving the ring. Her win over Perez maintains her undefeated streak in NXT.

Roxy climbs the buckle to land some shots on Asuka. Asuka escapes but is hit with a crossbody from Roxy for a near fall. Asuka kicks Perez down for a two-count. Roxy gets three quick nearfalls. Asuka locks her in the Asuka Lock after the third one, but Perez counters into a pinning combo. The Empress lands several kicks for the win.

Result - Asuka defeats Roxanne Perez by pin.

Roxy drops Asuka with a shoulder block. She goes for a Suicide Dive but is met with a forearm shot from The Empress. Asuka hits a dropkick that sends Roxy across the ring. She then kicks Roxy in the head several times before landing a hip attack in the corner.

As the match starts, Shotzi reveals that she will host Halloween Havoc again this year, only this year, she'll be joined by Scarlett!!
