Payback 2023: Shinsuke Nakamura finally earns a major accomplishment 6 years after joining the WWE main roster

And still the World Heavyweight Champion....

The champion tries to get up but collpases as Nakamura takes advantage and is successful in hitting the kinshasa. Rollins is able to shift his weight as his opponent tries to counter. The Visionary hits The King of Strong Style with the stomp, followed by a pin for the win.

Nakamura is not letting go of his focus on Seth Rollins' injured back

Seth Rollins climbs up to the top rope as Nakamura follows it up with a powerslam. The champion nurses his injured back after a failed pin.

Seth Rollins breaks the armbar with a slam

The King of Strong Style sets up the kinshasa but is met by a superkick to the face by the champion. Nakamura puts Rollins in the armbar as he struggles to escape. He gets up on his feet to slam his opponent but his back gives way.

The Visionary gears up for the stomp but Nakamura counters and hits him with a knee from off the top rope. He suplexes Rollins a couple of times in a bid to wear down his back.

The Visionary gains his strength and sets Nakamura up for the superplex off the top rope. He modifies it into a hurricanrana landing awkwardly on his spine.

Shinsuke Nakamura kicks Rollins in the face as he hangs mid-way off the apron. And follows it up with a drop kick. Nakamura tries to pin him again but the champion kicks out.

Shinsuke Nakamura is hell bent on further injuring Seth Rollins' back

Seth Rollins attacks Shinsuke Nakamura on the announcer's table. He climbs up on the barricade but Nakamura trips him before flinging the champion back first into the barricade. He rolls him into the ring and attempts a pin but Rollins kicks out.

The World Heavyweight Champion is bringing out all the stops

Seth Rollins hits his opponent with chops to the chest before kicking him into the corner. He follows it up with a suicide dive onto Nakamura outside the ring. The champion gears up for a pedigree but Nakamura flips him over. The King of Strong Style focuses on injuring Rollins' back.

The Visionary has The King of Strong Style in a side headlock as the referee breaks them up. Shinsuke Nakamura taunts Rollins by rubbing his back.

Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Seth Rollins (World Heavyweight Championship): The two men attempt to set each other in submission moves. Nakamura turns things around with a headlock, which his opponent escapes.

Rhea Ripley takes advantage of the distraction and kicks Raquel Rodriguez's injured knee. She hits her with the riptide followed by a pin for the win.

Raquel Rodriguez hits Dominik Mysterio with the running powerslam

The champion continues to attack her opponent's injured knee outside the ring. Raquel Rodriguez powerbombs Rhea Ripley into the barricade and then shoulder first into the post. Dominik Mysterio appears ringside and is dragged into the ring.

Rhea Ripley then sets Raquel Rodriguez in a submission move targeting her injured knee. Her opponent manages to grab the bottom rope and is able to break the submission move.

Rhea Ripley gears Raquel Rodriguez for a riptide but she counters it. She hits the champion with a clothesline and attempts another pin.

Rodriguez climbs up the top rope but Ripley kicks her in the spine causing her to trip. The Eradicator mocks her while climbing on the top rope as Rodriguez kicks her, and then lifts the champion for a standing suplex followed by a cork screw elbow. She attempts a pin on the champion who kicks out.

Raquel Rodriguez gains control in the title match

As Rodriguez gets up to her feet, Ripley knocks her down again with a dropkick. The champion continues to wear her down with punches.

Rhea Ripley dominates the match knocking Raquel Rodriguez off her feet with a dropkick. She proceeds to taunt her opponent followed by a kick to the spine. Ripley then sets her up in a submission move in the center of the ring.

Raquel slams Ripley into the corner hitting her with vicious punches. The Eradicator hits her opponent with a couple of clotheslines but she does not budge. Rodriguez hits her back with a clothesline followed by a powerslam.

The two women continue to trash talk each other

Rhea Ripley vs. Raquel Rodriguez (WWE Women's Championship): Rhea Ripley trash talks her opponent before setting her up in a side headlock. Rodriguez displays immense power by lifting her off her feet.

Grayson Waller trash talks Jey Uso claiming that he should be the one to get the main event push and ends up getting superkicked by Jey Uso.

Cody Rhodes announces RAW's newest addition - Jey Uso who makes an appearance on the Grayson Waller Effect.

Grayson Waller Effect with Cody Rhodes as special guest: As The American Nightmare gets ready with his iconic line to kick off the talk show, Waller interrupts him and talks about his big announcement. Cody Rhodes responds claiming that Waller might expect a match to come out of it by rubbing him the wrong way.

Dominik Mysterio prevents Priest from getting pinned in the ring. Finn Balor follows it up with a coup de grace off the top rope and pins Sami Zayn for the win.
