WWE RAW Live Results (June 10, 2024): Drew McIntyre dominates; Former Champion hospitalized

LWO and Braun Strowman defeat Judgment Day and Carlito via pinfall.

Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark defeat The Unholy Union via submission.
Bron Breakker defeats Ilja Dragunov via pinfall.
Awesome Truth defeats AOP via pinfall.

After the match, Drew stares down the World Heavyweight Champion. Drew McIntyre has a lot of momentum heading into Clash at the Castle, but he also has a target for Damian Priest to exploit!

As Drew sets up for the Claymore, Damian Priest storms the ringside area. Drew realizes what's going on and lays out Carlito and JD McDonagh, the latter of whom eats a Claymore. Balor uses the distraction to hit another Slingblade, but Drew avoids the Coup de Grace. Claymore!!

Drew McIntyre defeats Finn Balor via pinfall.

Balor avoids the Claymore, hitting the Slingblade instead, and follows with a rope-clearing somersault plancha! Drew is rocked with a Shotgun Dropkick but meets Balor at the top with a Glasgow Kiss. He follows with a superplex, but only gets a two-count.

Back from the break, Balor has Drew locked in an armbar, but Drew is able to break it with pure strength. Balor attempts to send him flying into the ropes, only for Drew to counter. Balor manages to turn a spinning power slam into the Nightmare on Helm Street! He goes back into an armbar, but Drew picks him up for a sit-out powerbomb!

Balor attempts to kick Drew in the face, but he catches the foot, swinging Balor face-first into the apron and belly-to-belly's him over the announce desk! Balor careens into the barricade as we cut to break!

Drew McIntyre and Finn Balor are in the main event. Finn attempts to trap the big man with a headlock, but McIntyre picks him up high in the air like Balor weighs nothing. Balor is taken to the floor but manages to send McIntyre head-first into the ring post. He follows by driving the Scottish Warrior's arm into the steel repeatedly, looking to work on that target for Damian Priest.

Pat McAfee takes over ring announcing duties in Samantha Irvin's absence. Drew McIntyre doesn't seem to mind being called a "Big Scottish B******" or whatever Pat said.

We come back from the break to see footage of Samantha Irvin, Ricochet's fiance, reacting to the attack live. We are then shown footage of her, weeping, joining a brutalized and broken Ricochet in an ambulance.

He's done...this might be the final time we'll see him in WWE

Lawndarted. Getting Kevin Nash/Rey Mysterio flashbacks.

Backstage, Ricochet is helping Ilja Dragunov to the doctor, but Bron lays out Dragunov with another spear into a production box!! Ricochet fights Bron, but the big man lawn darts him into a production truck!
Ricochet falls from a long way, landing spine first on the concrete. Bron finishes him off by driving him into the front windshield of a car with a power slam!

Goodbye, Ricochet. Good luck wherever you go.

New Day attacks Kross, distracting the ref again and allowing Truth to hit Akam with the belt. Unfortunately, it doesn't work, but when Truth tosses it to him, Miz rolls him up for the three-count!

Awesome Truth defeats AOP via pinfall.

AOP lays out Miz when The A-Lister ducks a clothesline from Akam, but Rezar blindsides him. After the break, Awesome Truth has Akam set up for the 10-Knuckle Shuffle. Scarlett distracts the ref, allowing Kross to trip them up.

Next up is the WWE World Tag Team Title match. Awesome Truth defends against The Final Testament's AOP. Karrion Kross and Scarlett mention that they still want Xavier Woods with them and claim that they would never abandon him like "Kofi did" last week. Whatever that means.

Drew McIntyre is preparing for his main event match with Finn Balor in the back when he's met by Sheamus. The two get along like the old friends they are, almost as if they didn't just have a terrible high school romance break-up recently. They look forward to the night Sheamus cashes in on Drew. Banger after banger and all that.

After the match, Breakker attempts to spear Dragunov through the barricade. Instead, he's stopped by Ricochet!! The One and Only hits a flying clothesline on Bron and sends him over the barricade with a dropkick!

Shockingly, Ricochet was not destroyed by Breakker. But the night is young.

Ilja rolls back inside before the 10-count, allowing Bron to bounce off the ropes twice for a full-speed 26 mph spear!!

Bron drives Ilja's spine into the post. There's no way Ilja can continue here. Bron tosses him back inside, looking to finish things. Somehow, Dragunov gets to his feet! He rocks Bron with a few strikes, but Bron bounces off the ropes for a spear!!

Ilja rolls to the floor before Bron can cover. Ilja continues to fight! That is until Bron spears Ilja on the floor. Those ribs have to be broken.

Bron rocks Ilja with the Steinerline, but Ilja counters a spear with a running knee and follows with the H-Bomb!! Breakker falls to the floor, where Ilja takes him to the announce desk. Breakker counters a suplex with a gourd buster, dropping Ilja's ribs first on the desk!

Dragunov follows with a Coast to Coast to Breakker!! A diving senton bomb follows, but Bron kicks out at two-and-a-half!!

Ilja manages to hit a stalling Teardrop suplex on Bron, follows with a running Death Valley Driver into the corner. Bron is in more trouble tonight than he's been since joining the main roster.

Ilja fights back to his feet, hammers Bron with clotheslines, and rocks him with the Constantine Special! It's not enough for the win, but Bron is in trouble.

Back from the break, Ilja and Bron are trading shots. Ilja bounces off the ropes and is planted with a quick powerslam. Ilja kicks out, frustrating Bron. He mounts Ilja's back and brings down some elbows, though he hits the air a few times.

That boot would've ended the match for most superstars, but Bron Breakker is not most superstars

Bron dominates early, but Dragunov withstands the storm and takes Breakker into the corner, rocking Bron with a devastating boot! Breakker responds by sending The Mad Dragon neck first into the second rope. Somehow, he's still breathing.

Ilja Dragunov and Bron Breakker are up next. Michael Cole makes sure to state a very important fact. They are two of the only three men who have been able to defeat Gunther one-on-one!

Shayna we won!! Uh...Sh--Shayna...Shayna!!

Considering Alba Fyre held the NXT UK Women's Championship for 649 days, it's pretty shocking that a similarly dominant NXT Champion, Shayna Baszler, tore through her. Especially with an injured knee. Completely outclassed.

As Zoey and Shayna get ready, Isla Dawn goes for a cheap shot on Shayna Baszler, dropkicking her injured knee into the ropes. With Baszler out on the floor in agony, Zoey Stark is forced into the corner of the Unholy Union. Stark manages to tag the Queen of Spades after the former NXT Champion pulls Alba Fyre off of Stark.
She focuses on Fyre's arm, hitting several modified armbreakers. Fyre is quickly choked out by Baszler with the Kirifuda Clutch.

Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark defeat The Unholy Union via submission.

Sami Zayn gets another win over Otis...because of Chad Gable. Some coach...

Speaking of tag titles, the WWE Women's Tag Champions are here! They'll defend on Saturday in a Triple Threat against The Unholy Union and Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark. Those two teams face off NEXT.

Backstage, Miz is looking for R-Truth. He finds his partner walking out of a fortune reading, stating that they're gonna face APA tonight! Well, it's not the APA, of course. Scarlett leaves the room Truth just exited, and it seems that the APA is really AOP. The Final Testament gets a shot at the Tag Titles tonight.

Alpha Academy tries to check on Otis, only for them to be thrown out by Gable. He picks up Sami and demands Otis attack him. Otis refuses, and Gable again gets in his face. He pushes and slaps Otis repeatedly, and it looks like Otis may FINALLY attack Gable.

Uh...he doesn't, and instead flattens Sami with a World's Strongest Slam! After that, he backs Gable into a corner and tears off the Alpha Academy shirt. Gable cowers like a scared child, but Otis instead walks off, again refusing to attack his "friend."

Otis is distracted by Gable's attempts to give him "advice," which leads to Sami catching him with the Helluva Kick!

Sami Zayn defeats Otis via pinfall.

Otis is dominating Sami Zayn early, clubbing the Intercontinental Champion with massive rights and lefts and flattening him with big splashes. "AGAIN" screams Chad Gable, demanding his monster BE a monster.

Chad Gable walks down the ramp with Alpha Academy slowly following. He tries to say downplay what Sami's been saying for a month now, but Sami states that none of them are happy, and they'll never be happy until they leave Gable once and for all. Gable says they're a family, and they stick together no matter what.

Sami Zayn grabs a microphone ahead of his match and states that at Clash at the Castle, he's going to put an end to this Chad Gable "business" once and for all. It's time to get past this psychopath and get to work on being the Intercontinental Champion. He attempts to discuss what happens after Gable, but that's when his opponent's music hits.

Damage CTRL attempts to speak to IYO SKY about her anger issues, but that only sends the Genius of the Sky on a tirade backstage. What is going on with IYO?

Ricochet promises Ilja Dragunov that he'll have his back but considering his contractual status, he might be cut in half by Bron Breakker tonight...for the last time.
