Zayn dumps Riddle in the corner with the exploder. However, when he runs in for the Helluva Kick, Riddle meets him in the middle of the ring with an RKO!

Riddle defeats Sami Zayn via pinfall.

Riddle has earned a title shot against Roman Reigns next week! He doesn't have long to celebrate, though, as he's attacked by The Usos. The WWE Tag Team Champions celebrate but are sent high-tailing when Riddle breaks a kendo stick on their backs. As The Usos run, Riddle taunts them, claiming he is "The One" that will wrangle the Undisputed WWE Universal Title from Roman Reigns next week!

Riddle takes two moves from his partner's playbook. First, the snap power slam, followed by the draping DDT. nxt is the RKO, but Zayn turns it into a Blue Thunder Bomb!

Sami hits the patented Randy Orton draping DDT. However, against Heyman's wishes, Zayn doesn't cover Riddle. Instead, he goes for the RKO. Riddle responds with another flash knee strike, leading to a series of roundhouses and a penalty kick to the face. Riddle follows with a springboard Floating Bro on the floor.

Sami Zayn sends Riddle into the table, forcing Riddle to barely beat the referee's count at nine. Sami follows up with some ground and pound offense before moving to the top rope. Heyman looks on as the "Honorary Uce" fights off an Avalanche RKO. However, Riddle manages to catch Sami with a final flash knee to the jaw. At the last millisecond, Kurt Angle-esque, Sami Zayn kicks out.

Riddle is lighting up the former Intercontinental Champion. Sami is struggling to hold off the nonstop onslaught from the King of Bros. That is until he goes for the Floating Bro. Sami knocks him off the top rope, sending him careening to the barricade.

Paul Heyman has joined Michael Cole and Pat McAfee at the announcer's desk as Riddle nearly traps Sami Zayn in an armbar at the start of the match. Riddle pelts Sami with a series of kicks, forcing Sami to try and escape.

Backstage, Paul Heyman tells Sami Zayn that this is the greatest match of his career. If he wins, Heyman can go to Roman Reigns with strong reasoning that he deserves to be in the Bloodline. If he loses to Riddle, though...it won't be good.

It's a huge night for Riddle tonight as well. If he loses, he's barred from SmackDown indefinitely. However, if he wins, Riddle will get a shot at the WWE Universal Championship next week.

Ludvig Kaiser distracts Ricochet, earning a kick in the process. Ricochet follows that with a springboard moonsault and a standing shooting star press to Gunther for another two-count. Gunther avoids the 630 and sends Ricochet across the ring with a dropkick. After that, the powerbomb plants Ricochet square in the middle of the ring. There's no getting up from that.

Gunther defeats Ricochet via pinfall.

With that, we've got a new Intercontinental Champion! Show respect to the Ring General!

Ricochet looks for a springboard crossbody but is caught in mid-air by Gunther. The champion escapes the sleeper and rocks Gunther with a running knee. Unfortunately for him, he's nearly decleated by a clothesline from the challenger.

Gunther turns Ricochet inside out with a boot, but still nearly catches the big man with a sunset flip counter to the powerbomb.

Gunther slams Ricochet down on the mat and withstands a flurry of strikes from the champion. However, after blocking a tilt-a-whirl headscissor attempt, he turns Ricochet inside out with a chop to the chest. After that, he takes Ricochet to the corner and stretches him over the top turnbuckle.

Immediately after the match, Ronda is laid out by Natalya. The Queen of Harts locks in a sharpshooter, with Ronda screaming in agony as the officials try and wave her off.

Ronda catches a punch from Shotzi, hitting a slam, followed by a three-piece combination. After that Piper's Pit plants Shotzi in the middle of the ring for the armbar.

Ronda Rousey defeats Shotzi via submission.

Shotzi's really giving Ronda Rousey a ton of trouble in this match. The Baddest Woman on the Planet is in survival mode at this point.

A kick rocks Ronda right on the side of the skull, giving Shotzi yet another near fall over the champion. She was just a second away from setting herself up with a shot at the SmackDown Women's Title!

Shotzi starts off the match strong, nearly getting an early pinfall. She traps Ronda in the Figure 4 Necklock in the corner, but Ronda counters with an ankle lock. Shotzi manages to fight off, and DDTs Ronda on the floor!

Ronda Rousey claims that Natalya's sharpshooter is just a cheap imitation that she got from her uncle Bret Hart. Before she can go on, she's interrupted by Shotzi. The former Tank Girl of WWE says that, though she isn't a submission expert, she's got the killer instinct and ruthless aggression necessary to get the job done.

Is Ronda Rousey about to face Shotzi tonight? She is!

Sheamus and Butch enter Adam Pearce's office, with Sheamus demanding the same as Drew. Poor Pearce, he's stuck between a Claymore and a Brogue place.
