Roman Reigns poses for the crowd as SmackDown comes to an end. That was a great segment.

The crowd again loudly chants "OTC" as Roman leaves the ring. He then hits a spear on Tama through the barricade! The crowd is going wild. Roman then takes a chair and bashes Tonga Loa with it over and over.

Solo Sikoa is screaming from up the ramp that he's the chief now. More "OTC" chants. Yeah, that's over.

Roman Reigns sees the ula fala and goes to put it on, but Tama and Tonga jump him from behind. Solo takes it and begins to leave. Meanwhile, Roman nails Loa with a Superman Punch and then does the same to Tama!

Next, he nails Tonga Loa with a Spear!

The crowd is chanting "OTC," which stands for Original Tribal Chief. Reigns and Sikoa then have a tense staredown.

They go to blows and Roman nails Solo with a Superman Punch! He lines up for a Spear, but Tonga Loa pulls Solo to safety.

Tama Tonga goes to the ringside area, and Roman levels him. Roman then levels Tonga Loa. He picks up steel steps and nails both Tonga Loa and Tama Tonga with them. Oh wow!

Solo says if Roman calls himself The Tribal Chief and wants the Ula Fala back, he needs to come and take it. Roman Reigns' music then hits to a huge applause!

After the break, Solo is in the ring still with Tama and Tonga. He has a microphone, but the crowd doesn't want to hear it. They boo him as he tells them to acknowledge him. "We want Roman" chants start.

Solo tells Roman he's The Tribal Chief now.

Backstage, we see Solo with Tama and Tonga. Tama says they've been waiting on Roman all night and he still isn't here. Solo says he'll be here and they then walk out. They'll be waiting for Roman Reigns next.

Gargano tries fighting both men off and nails Elton with a superkick. Kit takes out Johnny and Ciampa hits big chops on Kit. Kit tags Elton in and the two go for spilled milk, but Johnny hits a spear! Ciampa hits Kit with a big knee and the two then hit Shatter Machine. From there, DIY nail Meet In The Middle and this one is over!

DIY defeats Pretty Deadly by pinfall

DIY advance in this mini-tournament.

Johnny kicks Kit on the apron but misses a spear. DIY goes for Shatter Machine, but Pretty Deadly stops it. From there, Pretty Deadly hits a chicken wing bulldog combo that nearly defeats Ciampa. This is really good.

Back from break, Pretty Deadly is in control, but Johnny gets the hot tag. Ciampa runs in and nails both men with numerous clotheslines. His cardio is crazy as he builds momentum. Ciampa then hits an inverted DDT on Kit Wilson and a forearm smash to Elton Prince. Johnny tags in, and they hit a double-team powerbomb for a two-count.

Tommaso and Gargano run for dives but get hit with double uppercuts. Pretty Deadly get on the apron to mock Johnny and Tommaso's celebration taunt but get dropkicked off of it. DIY then hit stereo dives and do their apron taunt as we go to break.

Next, Pretty Deadly makes its way out.

DIY vs. Pretty Deadly

This should be good. Johnny Gargano and Kit Wilson start things off, but things turn into chaos quickly. Pretty Deadly are sent to the floor and DIY has the crowd behind them.

Backstage, A-Town Down Under storm into Nick Aldis' office, and they're ranting about Jelly Roll and losing. Austin says people just ask for a match and get it, like Grayson Waller vs. Kevin Owens. Nick loves the idea and makes it happen, but Grayson is mad. Austin says, "I have your back, just like you have mine". More tension between the two, and another match is set for next week!

- Naomi vs. Blair Davenport.

A recap of The Bloodline defeating DIY under dubious means last week is shown. From there, we get a walking promo from DIY backstage. They face Pretty Deadly next. Johnny says he'll never forget what The Bloodline did, and Tommaso says this starts their redemption. DIY's music then hits as they make their way out. The crowd seems behind them, too.

Corey Graves and Wade Barrett throw a tribute video for Kevin Sullivan, who passed away earlier today.

WOW! Carmelo Hayes shows up! He distracts Andrade and gets knocked off of the apron. Santos tries to take advantage but eats a back elbow for a nearfall. Elektra Lopez distracts the referee, and Carmelo interferes again, moving Santos out of the way of a running knee strike. This allows Santos to roll Andrade up for a win!

Santos Escobar defeats Andrade by pinfall

Carmelo Hayes is proud of this one.

Santos is back in the ring, and Andrade hits a crossbody off of the top rope for a two-count. Andrade then hits a suplex, rolls through for another, and then one more to make it a Three Amigos. This gets a two-count.

Andrade and Santos fight at the ropes, and it leads to a super poison rana, which is incredible! The fans chant, "You still suck" at Santos after he hits it. Andrade fights back, though, and even nails his moonsault, counter, standing moonsault special, and the crowd is on fire.

After the commercial, Santos is in control. Andrade begins fighting back and levels Santos with a diving forearm attack. He kips up and fires the crowd up and they're very much behind him. He goes for the corner knees, but Santos leaves the ring. Andrade then goes out to the apron and hits a moonsault off of the second rope.

Santos locks in a hold on Andrade in the ring, and the crowd cheers El Idolo on. He tries to mount a comeback, but Santos counters. Andrade then hits a big chop and a boot to Escobar. From there, he climbs the ropes again and again Santos stops him. Escobar hits a kick and climbs the ropes, but Andrade hits him back. They trade blows on the ropes.

Santos goes for a superplex, but it doesn't work. Andrade then counters it into a sunset flip bomb off the ropes! Wow!

Thanks to the interference, Baron Corbin and Apollo Crews show up! They sent Legado packing! Just Elektra is left ringside.

In the ring, Andrade hits Santos with a kick and climbs the ropes, but Escobar knocks Andrade off the ropes to the floor.

Back from break and a vignette airs highlighting Giovanni Vinci! This is a very cinematic vignette hyping up his Italian heritage.

Angel, Berto, and Elektra are ringside for Santos. This starts off hot, with Andrade sending Santos to the floor, but Angel cheats behind the referee's back. This allows Santos to hit a running knee for a nearfall.

Knight says he hasn't heard anything Santos said because the crowd thinks he sucks. Knight says he'll beat Santos down again, but Escobar needs to earn a title match. Next up, Andrade's music hits! He will be taking on Santos Escobar next.

Santos comes out with Angel, Hector, and Elektra Lopez. The crowd tells Escobar he sucks, and he says they suck, and so does Knight. Santos says The Megastar isn't a good fit for champion and calls this a fleeting moment. The crowd is raining down boos for Santos as he says he's the one who truly deserves to be the United States Champion. He then says, "With everybody saying Escobar, si" in the "LA Knight, yeah!" style.

Knight talks about beating Logan Paul in his hometown. The crowd interrupts with "you deserve it" chants. He brags about beating Logan but shifts focus to his next challenger. Knight says he knows he's a marked man and will "hit it and quit it" which is quite vulgar. From there, Santos Escobar's music hits!

Lou Ferrigno, actor and bodybuilding legend, is shown in the crowd cheering on LA Knight. Knight has a slightly updated theme. The crowd LOVES him.

After the commercial, Corey Graves hypes up NXT going on the road with CM Punk and Randy Orton appearing at shows in October. From there, we get a highlight video of LA Knight vs. Logan Paul from SummerSlam.

The Unholy Union and a surprise Blair Davenport jump Bianca and Jade post-match, but Naomi's music hits! She runs out for the save. This allows The Big 3 to send all three members of the new alliance packing. The crowd loves it.

Jade immediately shows off her power, but Alba avoids a corner attack and hits a superkick. She then uses the ropes to nail Jade with a tornado DDT.

Alba locks in a submission hold and looks to cheat by using Isla's hand for leverage, but Bianca stops it. This allows Jade to recover, and she hits the Jaded, winning very quickly.

It is official - Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes will clash at Bash in Berlin!

Next, The Unholy Union makes its way out. This includes Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn but not Blair Davenport. Will Blair still appear?

This should be interesting. Alba is a veteran but doesn't have the best win-loss record on WWE TV. Jade is borderline unstoppable. Will the champion lose?

WWE aired a video highlighting the ongoing issues between The Unholy Union and the duo of Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill. From there, Jade makes her way out with Bianca.

Jade will take on Alba Fyre next.

We get a look back at Nia Jax winning the WWE Women's Title at SummerSlam. From there, Tiffany Stratton is shown setting up a party for Nia. Pretty Deadly interrupts and says when they win the WWE Tag Team Titles, Tiffany can set up their party. They then talk about Pretty Deadly: The Musical more, and Tiffany walks away. Tiffany then runs into Chelsea Green and Piper Niven.

Chelsea insults Tiffany's outfit, and Tiffany shoots back, saying Chelsea has a ladder to fall off of. Piper and Chelsea then claim that Tiffany isn't really Nia's friend. Tiffany calls her arrogant and delusional. This is an interesting story-building.

Backstage, Cody Rhodes is talking to Nick Aldis. Kevin Owens says he doesn't deserve it, and Aldis calls it a moot point as he's discussing a title opportunity with Roman Reigns. This sets Kevin Owens, who says he may not deserve it, but Roman doesn't. Kevin says the rematch clause hasn't been enforced in years.

Kevin gets more fired up and says if Nick wants to see someone who deserves a title match, he should go to the locker room. Nick says he doesn't need to because now he sees it: At Bash in Berlin, it's Kevin Owens vs. Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Title.

Things get chaotic, which includes Waller being laid out by the barricade. In the ring, Austin is back in and gets nailed by a Super Blockbuster, and this one is over! Wow! They rarely win with that.

The Street Profits defeat A-Town Down Under by pinfall

Ford and Dawkins now move forward.

After the ad break, Dawkins tried mounting a comeback but Theory hit a drop toe hold followed by a rolling dropkick. Waller tags in, and Theory attempts a double-team move with him, but Angelo fights both men off. He then hits the hot tag! Ford dives off of the ropes with a crossbody. He then nails Waller with a clothesline and hits a flapjack on Theory.

Grayson tries to back-suplex Ford, but he counters it and hits his own. From there, Montez hits a standing moonsault. Notably, all of this is being shot with one roaming camera, a cool production technique.

As a reminder, the winner of this match advances in this mini-tournament to face the winners of DIY vs. Pretty Deadly. The winning team then fights The Bloodline for the tag team titles.

Waller tags in, and they send Angelo to the floor. They go to double-team him, but B-Fab distracts them too. Ford then hits a beautiful dive as the crowd chants "we want the smoke".

The Street Profits make their way out for this match. B-Fab comes out with them and cheers the duo on.

A-Town Down Under vs. The Street Profits

Commentary puts over B-Fab, helping the duo become more intense. Dawkins and Theory start things off, but Waller causes a distraction early that allows Austin to jump Angelo.

After the break, B-Fab and The Street Profits are interviewed by Byron Saxton. B-Fab says they're ready to take the gold from The Bloodline. Montez says they can't get it together with Roman back. Angelo says it has been three long years and they're on the journey to championship gold. B-Fab says the profits are up and the duo then say they want the smoke.

From there, commentary runs down the card for tonight. From there, A-Town Down Under's theme hits. Grayson has one of The Street Profits' cups and throws it down to mock them. This is a number one contender's qualifying match.

They will face The Street Profits next.

Cody says he thought Kevin would say that, but he and the people know all of the sacrifices Kevin has made for him. He calls Owens one of his closest friends. Rhodes says Owens can say no, but he'll talk to Nick Aldis and tell him why Owens should face Cody at Bash in Berlin. Kevin is saying no. Cody says Nick will see all the things he and the fans see.

Kevin shakes his head, he seems reluctant.

Cody then reveals that the person he wants to face with the title on the line is Kevin Owens. Kevin said he doesn't deserve a title match. He says they should be earned and he hasn't earned it. The fans chant "you deserve it" to Kevin.

Solo Sikoa and The Bloodline walk up the ramp and Solo says he'll deal with them once he deals with Roman. Cody says he'll be right there waiting for him.

Kevin Owens goes to leave, but Cody stops him and grabs a microphone. He says he wants to talk to Owens about something.

Cody says Solo is cosplaying as The Tribal Chief and points out how he beat Solo. He says Solo hasn't earned a title match and the three Bloodline members climb up on the apron. Kevin Owens then appears with two chairs and hands one to Cody. This causes The Bloodline to back off.
