Daniel Bryan defeats The Miz via submission. With that, the Planet's Champion moves on to the Royal Rumble for a shot at the WWE Universal Championship!

Bryan breaks out and traps in the Rings of Saturn! Transitions into the Lebell Lock next!

Miz turns a kick-out into the Figure-4 Leglock!! What a move by the A-Lister!!

Bryan sets up for the Knee Plus once again. Miz counters with the Skull Crushing Finale!!

Miz with a springboard? Didn't work. Bryan counters into a Lebell Lock attempt. Miz bites Bryan's hand and nearly rolls him up for the win.

Miz is tearing apart Bryan's knees. Weakening both for the Figure-4 and diminishing the power on Bryan's kicks. PSYCHOLOGY!

Bryan blocks the last one and clobbers Miz with an open hand strike. The Yes kicks all connect except for the last, which was turned into another shin breaker.

Miz prevents another diving headbutt and moves to the top for a super shin breaker! Bryan screams in pain as Miz sets up for the It Kicks!

Miz rocks Bryan with a boot in the corner and moves to the top rope. Bryan intercepts for a spider superplex!!!

Ziggler runs in and superkicks Bryan! Before Corbin can finish the match, Roman Reigns returns and drags him out the ring, taking out both Corbin and Ziggler!!

Bryan hits the Knee Plus!!!

Miz breaks up the submission and Bryan is sent outside. Corbin's End of Days connects, but Bryan breaks up the pinfall.

That was a pretty cool spot, folks.

Bryan hits a flying headbutt to Corbin and works for a pin as Miz tries to break it up! Corbin kicks out but is locked in the Lebell Lock, simultaneously reversing the pressure on Miz's Figure-4!

Miz bounces Bryan's dome off the mat with the kneeling DDT. Corbin tries to interrupt and is locked in the Figure-4 Leglock for his troubles.

Bryan hits Corbin with a missile dropkick as we go to commercial. Really fun match so far!

Miz and Bryan connect with several running dropkicks in the corner. Corbin sends Bryan to the apron and drops the Miz with a ring shaking Deep Six!!

On the inside, Corbin is taken out by a two-on-one assault again by Bryan and the Miz.

Corbin batters Miz and Bryan for a bit, even connecting with a chokeslam backbreaker to the A-Lister on the outside.

Bryan sends Miz into the barricade and follows up with a flying knee off the apron. Corbin takes advantage, sending him into the bell keeper's area.

Well, the teamwork didn't last long...

Finally, the #1 contender's match begins! Miz and Bryan send Corbin out with a combined assault.

Ali says that 2020 is his year and he'll become a champion. Can't wait to see what the next year holds for him.

A Mustafa Ali vignette shows all the failures that he's seen throughout 2019. A lot of opportunities plagued by terrible luck for the Heart of SmackDown.

Oh wow, Ziggler's about to get some major hate if he ruins Otis's chances with Mandy....

Evans cracked Bayley in the jaw with a great Women's Right before getting sent into the ring post. If Bayley and Sasha don't watch it, they'll end up falling to the Southern Bell.

Sasha Banks and Bayley defeat Dana Brooke and Lacey Evans via pinfall.

Dana tries to roll-up Banks, but the Boss kicks out and locks in the Bank Statement.

Lacey chases Bayley around the ring, leading to a Bayley-to-Belly. Dana breaks up the pin then gets a sneaky tag in.

Beautiful swinging neckbreaker from Evans, and a slingshot elbow from the apron tags the champ right in the sternum.
