From eyeblossoms to Pale Garden changes, here are the best features and changes in Minecraft snapshot 24w44a
1) Eyeblossoms
Eyeblossoms are perhaps one of the biggest highlights of the Minecraft snapshot 24w44a. As part of the update, the coveted eyeblossom flowers can be found exclusively in the Pale Garden biome.
The eyeblossoms are one of the most interesting flowers in Minecraft due to their unique property which changes the features of the flower based on the day/night cycle in the world. Harvesting this flower gives you two different variants — collecting it during the daytime gives you the closed eyeblossom while harvesting one at night rewards you with the open eyeblossom flower.
This flower has a host of uses, ranging from the two kinds of dyes that can be obtained from its different variants to the host of suspicious stew recipes that can be crafted with this eerie flower.
Perhaps the most eerie feature is the dim orange glow that it gives off at night — hauntingly similar to the eyes of the creaking. The fact that this flower is poisonous to the bees should be reason enough for you to take this flower seriously.

2) Resin
Resin is the other feature added to the Pale Garden biome as part of the Minecraft snapshot 24w44a. This new item can be obtained by damaging a creaking mob repeatedly. Aggravating the mob will lead to resin clumps generating around the creaking heart. Players can simply follow the orange trail and collect this precious new item.
Resin has a host of uses in-game. Resin clumps can be crafted to create resin blocks or refined to create an array of building materials like resin bricks, stairs, walls, slabs, and more. The unique orange glow of the block has made it a popular choice among players who want to create a build with an unnerving shade.
The resin clumps have also become a popular addition in a recipe to craft a unique Netherite armor trim combination that looks absolutely stunning. The bright orange color of the resin imparts a color shade akin to lava and makes the armor look as if it is on fire.
3) Creaking mob gets a facelift
Many players had complained that the creaking mob was far too easy and did not pose a real challenge in-game. As a result, Mojang made a host of changes to the features and behavior of the creaking mob.
As part of the Minecraft snapshot 24w44a, melee damage from the creaking will now deal three points or 1.5 hearts worth of damage and it is no wonder that now the illagers are scared of the creaking and run away from them. Additionally, the creaking reacts only to damage received by mobs and projectiles.
The creaking received a new twitching animation and is now fire-resistant, making it one of the strongest mobs to be introduced in the game. Additionally, the creaking heart can now remove or replace the connected creaking if it is too far or if a player intersects with the creaking for a few seconds.

4) Creaking heart gets a few changes
The Minecraft snapshot 24w44a also introduces a suite of features and changes to the creaking heart. This block can now be obtained by using a silk touch enchanted tool, making it easier to mine. Additionally, players can now craft a creaking heart with a resin block and Pale Oak logs.
Naturally placed creaking hearts will now drop 20-24 experience when broken by a player regardless of silk touch. Additionally, breaking a creaking heart block will also drop one to three resin clumps and can be affected by the fortune enchantment.
5) Pale Garden changes
To make the Pale Garden even more spooky, Mojang made a host of changes to the biome in the Minecraft snapshot 24w44a. Pale Oak leaves now have a chance to spawn leaf particles if exposed on the bottom side while player-grown Pale Oak trees can now grow without any decorations. Additionally, if any music is playing before entering the biome, it will fade out and not resume till players leave.
Additionally, the Pale Hanging moss breaks instantly when mined and requires shears or silk touch tools to be obtained. If that seems like too much effort, players can now purchase Pale Hanging moss from the Wandering Trader as well.
