Announced back at Minecraft Live 2024, Mojang has finally released the Winter Drop, titled The Garden Awakens update, for both Java and Bedrock Editions. Many fans were surprised when the latest major update, Tricky Trials, did not include any new biomes. However, with The Garden Awakens, the year will end with a fresh biome added to Minecraft.
Minecraft's The Garden Awakens update introduces a fresh Overworld biome called Pale Garden. This biome is a dull and eerie variant of the Dark Oak Forests, featuring an unsettling atmosphere never seen before in-game.
Inside the Pale Garden, you will find a dull variant of dark oak trees called pale oak, which introduces a new family of wood. These trees also hide Creaking Heart blocks capable of spawning an irregular mob called the Creaking. If you are interested in discovering the host of features coming in with Minecraft's The Garden Awakens update, here are some great seeds for you.
Note: All seeds mentioned here work in both Minecraft Java and Bedrock Edition, but structure placements may differ.

Upon entering this seed, you will find yourself in a small Pale Garden biome surrounded by a Dark Forest biome.
