Over the years, Minecraft players have continued to come up with some mind-blowing builds that astounded the game’s community. These buildsrange from massive fictional cities and mountain ranges to extremely complicated functioning displays, computers, calculators, and even simple games such as Minesweeper. The game’s vast open world ensures that there is barely any restriction on the scale of such a build.
A Minecraft player and Reddit user The_Doughnut_Lord took full advantage of the game’s expansive world and built a birch tree. While that might not sound impressive, it suddenly does when one sees the scale of the build. This giant birch tree has a scale of 16:1 and towers over other trees around it.
Reacting to the build, user K_Hoslow commented:

“Bro made Erdree in Minecraft”
For those who are unaware, Erdtree is a reference to the popular Souls game Elden Ring where the Erdtree is a massive, gold-colored tree.
Another user named Sortaburnt224 joked that the large tree has to look for so many little ones. User ShmebsTheGnome continued the charade, saying that the birch tree is a single mother who works multiple jobs and loves her kids.
User Truly_Tacidius suggested that it would look even better if there were a giant beehive hanging on the tree which would house bee or honey farms inside. The original poster stated they would incorporate the idea, adding that they are planning to make an internal structure inside the giant tree as well. User Shears_- asked them to share an update when it is done.
The OP further elaborated upon their idea for the giant birch, stating that they will be turning the tree into a large hotel called Birchtop Hotel & Honeyhive Farm. The hotel will feature a minecart system that wraps around the trunk. At the top, there will be a flight school that allows players to jump and glide through some rings.
Massive builds in Minecraft
Recently, another player created a 1:2 scale model of Mount Everest in Minecraft. They managed to make it accurate enough that players can explore the snow-peaked mountain without the risks that mountaineering in real life involves. Another player created a large gothic castle with an entire interior structure that could be turned into a medieval hotel, or perhaps a very large base.
As Mojang Studios continues to add new blocks and items or improve the already present ones, it gives these talented players yet another way of expressing their creative skills and making something brilliant. For example, the Tricky Trials update added variations of the copper block so that they can be used in various builds more frequently.
