Minecraft has many great features that make gameplay fun. That said, if there is one area in the title that lacks something, it is the animation. 15 years since its first release, the animations have stayed more or less the same. An official update to make the movements of mobs and items more fluid would be a great quality-of-life improvement to Mojang's sandbox title.
While players wait for the developers to do something about this, Oreville Studios, which is known for its creative work in the Minecraft modding community, is set to release the Actions & Stuff add-on.
The add-on will lead to smoother, refined, and fluid character movements, making the world more immersive and fun to explore. Here’s everything you need to know about the add-on's release date.

Minecraft Actions & Stuff addon release date announced
In an X post by the official handle of Oreville Studios, the developers announced that the Actions & Stuff add-on for the Bedrock Edition is scheduled to launch on December 24, 2024.
The add-on can be found on Minecraft Marketplace. As of now, there is no information about its pricing. Considering how popular and useful the mod will be, we can expect the cost to be slightly on the steeper side. Our guess would be somewhere between 1,000 to 1,500 Minecoins. Anything over that amount would be overpriced.
Another important thing worth noting, according to the developers, is that all Minecraft achievements will remain safe as Actions & Stuff is a texture pack.
To further improve how the blocky game feels and plays, gamers can club this add-on with Realistic Biomes by the same developer. As the name suggests, this will improve the biomes in the game by improving the visuals, ambient sounds, and textures. It even adds incredible visual features such as Aurora Borealis and shooting stars in the night sky.
That said, Oreville Studios has created something incredible with the Actions & Stuff add-on. Minecraft starts feeling like a completely different game once it is enabled, with the most prominent change being character animation.
Mobs walk more naturally, and the combat animation has been improved to make things feel more fluid. Finer movements such as eye motion have also been worked on, increasing the immersion. The only drawback of the add-on is that what was once available for free will now have to be bought. Players must also note that it is only available for the Bedrock Edition.
